Sadness; a word that alone contains Thousands of feelings at once When it has a great impact on you It won't leave your back for months.
People feel sad for different reasons But it means the same in the end They realise that if you get in too deep It'll be a lot harder to ascend.
Anyone can feel major sadness Doesn't matter if you're a child or an adult In case it's not treated with proper care It can end up as an unfortunate result.
If you see someone enduring it alone Talk and give them some motivation Don't ever brush it off like it's nothing Because at times it can lead to depression.
Many people let out a laugh and say That person's happy they're completely fine But they fail to see behind the mask where That particular human is always in decline.
For ones that are feeling all this It's okay to be sad once in a while Just don't drown yourself in sorrow Forget it all and give a charming smile.
It's absolutely normal to be miserable Everyone goes through that some time Go ahead and freely talk to someone Asking for help is never a crime.
Happiness will ways follow you After you've experienced certain pain Don't you forget that for a rainbow Along with the sun we need a little rain.

How typical of me to start a new poetry book with a sad poem.
Anyways here's my new book!!! This one will be updated when I have poetry that's good and worthy enough to be uploaded here. So updates will be slow ig.
Hopefully you'll like this and a beforehand notice that I'm definitely not a professional poet, I can't use metaphors and write in that way the poets do. I'm still learning so do bear with my simple and not overly unique poetry.
