[Naruto] Sasuke x reader

Sasuke just wouldn't notice you for anything. You weren't one of those fangirls, but you just wanted him to actually acknowledge your existence. You were lost in your own thoughts when said boy walked past you.

He was carrying three boxes, obviously heavy because of how he grunted and kept moving awkwardly to get a better grip. You chuckled inwardly at the boy having trouble with the boxes, but you knew he wouldn't ask for help, he had too much pride to do that. You took this as your chance and ran to catch up with him.

"Sasuke!" You screamed while running. He looked over his shoulder, barely even glancing at you before looking away and continuing to walk. You caught up to him, panting heavily from running. You walked beside him for a few moments in silence while you got your breath back. "Need some help?" You ask.

He just looked forward and never even looked your way when you spoke. You started to get a little annoyed at him for ignoring you and quickly took one of the boxes away from him. He gave you his famous death glare and you cowered a little. Despite the feeling in your gut telling you to run very far away from him, you stopped cowering and walked ahead of him with the box in your hand. The only form of protest that came from him was a small growl. You slowed down so he could catch up with you.

After walking for awhile, and hearing your grunts from carrying the heavy box, he sighed loudly. "Give it to me." He said and stopped walking so you could stack it on top of the other boxes. "No way." You said and continued to walk forward. You heard a groan and then his footsteps on the ground. You smiled to yourself. "Why are you doing this?" He asked. You turned to him with a confused look on your face and noticed he wore the same expression he always did, but with confusion mixed in with it.

"Because I wanted to help." You say. "Like I needed help." He scoffs and turns his nose up at you. "Right." You say sarcastically. He hated it when someone questioned his strength or ability to do something, so you knew you struck a nerve as soon as the word escaped your lips. He didn't say anything else to you the rest of the way.

The two of you carried the boxes into a small building. You were talking to Naruto and didn't even realize that Sasuke had left. You ran out the door and seen him walking at a slow, steady pace. You raced after him and nearly fell on your face when you caught up to him. "Go away." He said in a threatening voice, but being the fearless person that you are, you didn't leave. "Do you not like me, Sasuke?" You ask out of the blue, catching him completely off guard but he kept his composer. You were met with complete silence making you sigh sadly. "I'll take that as a yes." You start walk off, but Sasuke grabs your wrist. He flips you around to face him and pushes you up against a tree. "Sasuke!" You say breathlessly.

You can feel his breath on your face and he closes the gap between you two. He kisses you for a short time, too short in your opinion. You were speechless by his actions and just stared at him after he pulled away. "Is that the only way to shut you up?" He asks with a hint of teasing in his voice and gives you a half smirk. "In that case, I'll have to do it more often." He turns around and starts to walk away.

"Hey! Why'd you do that?" You ask, never moving from your spot against the tree. "Because I do like you." He answers simply without ever stopping. "I like you too..." You say quietly, but he heard you clearly and he stopped to look at you.

"Of course, why wouldn't you?" He winks at you as a smirk tugs at his lips. "Sasuke!!" You yell trying to sound threatening. He runs away from you and you chase after him.

You couldn't help but laugh as you ran after him.
