He feel in love with Hitoshi because he seen protection in hitoshi so he stayed And Hitoshi knows that Denki won't leave because he mentally can't
And once you look deep into the story hitoshi said he's gonna get better but we all know every time he said that he got way worse
So yes Denki does have Stockholm syndrome☹️
