DAY 20:
Learn about the art of mindfulness meditation and see how you can incorporate this into your life. Or just start by taking out 2 minutes out of 1,440 minutes, sit comfortably, relax your shoulders, straighten up your spine. Now inhale peace and exhale chaos, stress, anxiety and fatigue.
