Dear Mike,
Today is day 185. Feels more like ten years. Joyce says time is funny like that. Emotions can make it speed up or slow down. We are all time travelers if you think about it. For example, this week is going very fast. I think because i am so busy. I have to make something called a visual aid. I hope Mrs. Gracey will give me an A.

Some exciting news. Joyce got an amazing new job. She gets to work from home. She says she loves the freedom. Will is painting a lot, but he wont show me what he's working on. Maybe it is for a girl. I think there is someone he likes, because he has been acting weird. Jonathan is acting weird also, i think he is just nervous about college. He is still waiting for his big letter. I hope he and Nancy get to go together. But i dont know he'll get to college because his car is still broken.

Wendy sold her car a few days ago so she can save some money to get a place with Steve after she graduates. So Wendy and Jonathan's funny friend Argyle has been taking us to school. His hair is longer than mine. And they all like to smoke smelly plants together. Jonathan says the plants are super safe because they come from the earth, but not to tell Joyce.

Wendy, she's excited to go back home for spring break, i think Steve is doing something for her, like a surprise party, i heard him and Joyce talk a while back, something if he can take her band? I don't know, its hard to hear. Shes been counting down the days since winter break, i hear her talk to Steve at night, laughing and saying if Steve likes that and has been a good boy, and whispers, I don't know what thats about. Oh! She also got onto the volleyball team, shes pretty damn good at it. I hope Steve can come and see her play. She's also been working a lot. Her fashion job has been making her work day and night, she barely gets any sleep. I don't understand why she works with them if she doesn't get paid. I think thats stupid. Shes also pretty excited to see Robin, they got a lot of catching up to do.

Me? I am twice as happy now. You were right. It just takes time. I think i have finally adapted. At first, i missed all the spring flowers, but now I find it pretty here too. I even like school now. I am still best at math, but my grammar is getting good now also. It helps that everyone is so nice here. I have made lots of friends. Even so, I am ready for spring break, mostly because i get to see you. I am so excited to see you, it is hard to breathe. Are you excited too? I think you will love it here like me . I think we will have the best spring break ever. I hope my spelling was better this time, i made Wendy review it before I sent it out and she said it was good. Miss you.

I rushed to get stuff, shoving late work, notebooks into my backpack as I brushed my teeth at the same time.

"5 minutes!" Will sang as he walks by my room. I sped up, tied my shoes and ran downstairs to get something to eat quickly. To be honest, Argyles driving makes me nauseous, I rather play it safe than sorry.
