Back in another therapy session, a mix of emotions filled the room as the group gathered. Doyoung set the tone for the session's agenda, encouraging openness and respect.

"If anyone wants to share their experiences seeing family or not, the floor is open. Anyone can ask anything or say anything as long as it's respectful," Doyoung stated, giving everyone a platform to share.

Mark took the initiative to speak up first about his visit with his parents. He found himself surprised by his own calmness in recounting the experience.

"How did it go, and what feelings came up for you?" Doyoung inquired, delving into the emotional aspect.

Mark explained, "Well, it went well. I've always felt like my parents are scared of me, like they are ashamed of me."

Chenle chimed in next, sharing his own experience, "I understand. My parents are nice, but I haven't seen them in a year."

Haechan was candid about his interaction with a close friend, revealing his frustration with the pace of moving forward and the perception of others.

Renjun, while relating to Haechan's sentiment, was reminded of his own challenge in letting go of his best friend as he moved on.

Jaemin took everyone by surprise when he shared that he visited his dad in prison. The revelation of his father's crime—murder—hung heavy in the air.

Mark's empathy shone through as he expressed his understanding, "That must have been hard."

Jeno's confession carried a different tone, revealing his hesitation in reconnecting with his sister. His guilt and fear of being a burden resonated with the group.

"Why?" Doyoung asked, prompting Jeno to elaborate on his reasons.

Doyoung responded with understanding, "Okay, I can understand that. It's weird not knowing each other's backgrounds, but each one of you will find out why you matter, and maybe a friendship with each other will matter too."

Looking forward, Doyoung introduced a plan to bring the group closer together.

"I've decided that every Friday, you guys will all go on a field trip together," he announced, sparking curiosity.

"Do we gotta pay?" Chenle asked, concerned about the financial aspect.

"No, and we will start off simple. Next week Friday, you all are going to the movies and having a nice meal afterward," Doyoung explained, providing an opportunity for the group to bond outside of the therapy setting.

The group of friends gathered at the local movie theater for their planned outing. Excitement was palpable as they chatted and laughed while waiting in line to purchase their tickets.

Mark and Haechan stood together, discussing the movie options. "I heard the comedy they're showing is pretty good," Mark said.

Haechan shrugged, "Sure, why not? We could all use a good laugh."

Jeno and Renjun found themselves engaged in conversation as they waited. Jeno asked, "Are you a fan of comedies?"

Renjun replied through sign language, and Jisung translated for him, "Not really. I prefer quieter films."

Jeno nodded, "I can understand that. Sometimes it's nice to just get lost in a story."

Chenle and Jisung were animatedly talking about their favorite actors. "I can't believe you like him," Chenle said with a playful grin.

Jisung laughed, "Hey, everyone has their own tastes!"

Jaemin, sitting slightly apart, observed the interactions. He quietly joined a conversation when he found an opportunity.

As the lights dimmed and the movie started, their focus shifted to the screen. Laughter, gasps, and commentary punctuated the film. Despite the differences in their tastes, they all found moments to enjoy and share.

After the movie ended, they gathered outside the theater, the energy of the film still lingering in the air.

"That twist caught me off guard," Jeno said, shaking his head in disbelief.

Haechan agreed, "Yeah, who would've thought?"

Chenle joined in, "That's what makes a good movie, keeping you guessing."

Jisung smiled, "Exactly. It's fun to be surprised."

As they strolled to a nearby restaurant, the conversation continued. They shared their favorite parts of the film, debated plot points, and laughed about the characters' antics.

Sitting around a table, they ordered their meals and continued talking. The chatter flowed easily, a mix of movie discussions and personal anecdotes.

"Remember that one scene? It was so unexpected!" Mark exclaimed, causing everyone to laugh.

Renjun, who had been more reserved, shared a smile with Jeno. He signed something to Jisung, who translated, "Renjun says he's glad he came."

Jeno smiled warmly at Renjun, "I'm glad too."

As the meal continued, Jaemin felt a sense of belonging he hadn't experienced in a while. He chimed in with his own observations and found his voice blending seamlessly with the others.
