𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙧 23 ~ "ℙ𝕣𝕠𝕠𝕗? ℍ𝕖𝕣𝕖𝕤 𝕡𝕣𝕠𝕠𝕗"

𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐈𝐒 𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐄
"Mike? Mike? Anyone?" Dustin screams into his walkie-talkie but no one answers.
Although I can hear some of the conversation that is between el and Mike, I think.

"Where's y/n been all summer?" El asks innocently
"Y/n? God who knows, her and Steve are probably too busy sucking each other's faces off to care about anyone else".
I scoff at mikes response, he's such a prat!

But finally mike picks up the walkie-talkie.
"Dustin? What is it?" He asks
"CODE RED! ITS A CODE RED MIKE!"
"What?"
"WE ARE BEING ATTACKED BY EVIL RUSSIANS! WE ARE IN THE CINEMA LYING LOW!"
"Dustin what are you say-.
It cuts off before mike can say anymore
"What happened?" Erica asks
"It died" Dustin replies
"Ok well that helps" I sigh sarcastically "ok you guys stay here I'm gonna check on Robin and Steve"
"Yep".

I look everywhere for them but don't find them but that's when I think of the Bathrooms
"Shit!" I say to myself as I run to the bathrooms.
I don't open the door immediately or fully I just open it a tiny bit and sure enough I see both of my best friends sitting on the Bathroom floor covered in blood.

"She's funny, smart in like her own way you know?" I hear Steve say to Robin
"Yeah I know" she sighs.
I have absolutely no idea what or who they're talking about but it sounds interesting, so I keep listening.
Steve keeps going "and I've know her for a long time so I don't wanna ruin our friendship but I really wanna tell her"
"I know just how you feel" Robin responds, looking Sadder than I've ever seen her.
Steve slides under the door to her but before he says anything else it hits me 'me' it's me he's talking about me.

𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘯𝘰 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘷𝘦 𝘯𝘰.

Steve continues to talk now "what do you think of her?" He asks Robin.
"I think that when you tell her no matter what happens one person is gonna feel hurt".
"Why's that? I am talking about y/n you know?" I knew it.
"Yes I know Steve" she pauses "it's just, it's just that in history class 8th grade, she couldn't keep her eyes off you and your stupid hair but I wanted" Robin sighs again "I wanted her to look at me, I wanted her to look at me with those big e/c eyes not at you" she finishes leaving not only Steve but me shocked.

I'm shocked with happiness but Steve still looks a little confused "but y/ns a girl? Right she is a girl?", I laugh at Steve's stupidity but make sure to keep it quiet.
That's when Steve realises "oh, oh"
"Yeah" Robin looks down at her drawn on red converse.
"So then if y/n likes me back then you'll be hurt but if she doesn't I'll be hurt" Steve says
"Exactly that Steve exactly that".
"Well we've really put our hearts in y/n hands haven't we?" Steve laughs and so does Robin.

"Well I may have an idea on how to find out who y/n likes" Steve says and that's when I realise it was a terrible idea to let them take care of my bag, my bag that held my diary.
"Steve..." Robin said unsure if it was a good idea or not
"Oh come she doesn't have to know".
Except I do know Steve.
"Uh fine go on" Robin agrees.
"Ok let me find the most recent thing she's written" he says getting it out of my bag.

"*whatever the date was yesterday* Ooo yesterday" Steve reads out loud
