The moment she entered the car, she bursted out crying. I guess even that was too much for her. Not gonna lie, even Jihoon and I can't seem to do it well since she really hasn't done anything bad. It was all against her will...

"Guess, it's hard for all of us huh" I said to her

"Obviously..." she uttered

"His words made it hard for me to even attempt a murder. How can someone be so nice ? He was the one who asked me to kill him. It made me weak for god knows why... Well whatever, I'll be in prison sooner or later." she sighed

"If you'd like to... I'll come by every week to give an update about your family and him ?" I offered

"Thank you Wonwoo. You're the bestest of friend anyone could have. Joshua sure is lucky to have you two as best friends" she responded as she was sniffling and wiping her tears

"We've told the higher ups about the headquarters and they are going on with searching for them now" I said to her

"That's good" she responded

"Yeah, it is. But we're not able to hang out like we used to anymore huh..." I gripped onto the steering wheel

"Well, it is my choice after all. Maybe if they know I'm doing this because I was ordered my sentence would be shorter than it should have ? Maybe, just maybe" she chuckled

"That's not guaranteed for sure..." I sighed

I then got a call from Jihoon to go without him first as he's still holding onto Shua hyung. I proceeded to drive to the police station that Jihoon and I work at with a heavy heart

I turned her in and just waited outside, since I'm not allowed to go into the interrogation room.

My other colleagues were all congratulating both Jihoon and I since we did a great job on catching her and knowing the locations of their headquarters, but I don't feel happy at all

If I'm being promoted when it's not even my own work... What's the point ?

My heart felt so heavy right now...
