When we bid farewell to each other. I just watched him disappear from my sight. I called my brother, Jaesun to pick me up and went straight home. Of course I lied about living at the apartment. Can't really give away to him I'm from a wealthy family can I ?

Phase 2 completed.

I have to wait till he's the one who will invite me to live with him later on. That's when phase 3 would start. Winning over someone's trust is hard. It just is.

But thinking to deceive him now... Hurts me a lot. I hate the fact that I am slowly getting attached to him as well and now that we're dating, I don't think it'll be any easier for me to not fall in love with him.

If I do fall head over heels with him...

Then what ?

After killing him, I'd live within the state of guilt and pain forever ? Knowing that it's all because I'm selfish to free my family and I from this miserable fate of ours ?

I pursed my lips

"Luv, you seemed distressed. What's wrong ?" he asked

"Nothing is" I responded shortly

"Is it about our parents again ?" he asked as he also sounded tired from it

"What else am I gonna be stressing over than that ? I want it to end so badly but every process takes time. Moving from phase to phase is exhausting for me..." I responded

"One wrong move from any of us and they're gone instantly. I wonder what was the root of this problem. Before we all knew it, the whole family was held hostages and you somehow had to work your ass off for their dirty works" said Jaesun

"All of us are. Do you think it'll end once I settle this last order ?" I asked

"Hopefully. They did promised right ? I'm hoping they keep their words" he sighed

"Same here" I uttered, still thinking if I should proceed or not with the plan

I hate it when I get attached to someone. What about you is so special Joshua ? I've never gone through this while on a mission, so why ? What is it about you that's making me all sympathetic all of the sudden. This is putting everything at risk and I hate it...
