I woke up.

I realized that I'm laying on the ground, my head on top of a man's chest. A man's chest! I became a little nervous, how come I slept with a man? Take note, we are laying on the ground. Hindi man lang sa kama, beh! I was going to get up but he held the back of my head, making me go back to my old position. Then he caged me in his strong arms. Oo, strong arms kasi ang tigas ng katawan, beh. Damang-dama ko 'yung thep-thep at pandesal. At ang amoooy! Amoy Johnson's baby powder!! At ang mukhaaa! Ang kiniis!! Mas makinis pa sa akin at walang ka-pores-pores. Ang ilooong! Pwede na akong magslide sa ilong niya. At ang liiips! Ang sarap i-kiss! At ang hininga! Ilang mouthwash ang minumog mo, kuya? Ang bangooo!! Jusko, totoo ba 'tong taong 'to o nananaginip ako?

Then he suddenly hugged me. Confirmed! 'Di panaginip 'to kasi piping-pipi na ako sa yakap netong lalaking 'to.

"Please, wake up, please!" He spoke, eyes closed. Shunga ba 'to? Ikaw ata kailangan mag-wake up.

"Please, please, please..." He said again and again. I looked up at him and... he's crying? Bakit?

"Please, don't leave me, don't leeeeaaaveee!" He screamed as he shook me. He's having a nightmare. Pero paano ko siya magigising kung napakahigpit ng hawak niya sa akin?

"Please, wake up. Don't leave me! I'm begging you, Lord. Don't take her away from me!" What he said made me tear up. It feels like he's very scared of being away from the girl he's with in his dreams. I don't know why I'm crying, too. It's just... naaawa ako? Ewan!

Since I can't move and tap him to be awake because my arms are tightly caged in his, I used the thing that I'm sure he will wake up- my big mouth.

"Kuyaaaaaaa! Gisiiiiiing, nananaginip kaaaa! Gumising kaaaaaa! Gisiiiiiing! May multoooooo! May zombieeeee! May bombaaaaa! May sunooooog! May... may... may ipiiiiiis!! Huy, gagi, tumayo ka dyan may ipis talagaaaa! Pakawalam mo ako please andyan na siyaaaa!! Huhuhu mamaaaaa, ipiiiiiiiis, mamaaaa!!"

Ladies and gentlemen, that made me release from his arms that caged me very very tight. And that made him wake up as well. So, ano, do I need to thank ipis for waking him up and releasing me from his arms? Eh hulas na hulas na nga ang beauty ko dahil sa kanya.

"Hay salamat, nagising ka rin. Tulungan mo ako pleaaaaseee!" I said as I closed my eyes and hands in a praying gesture.

"Bakit, anong nangyari?" He replied to me while scratching his eyes.

"May ipiiiiiiis!!!! Help me, ilayo mo siya sa akin pleaaaase. Nagmamakaawa ako, ikamamatay ko ang ipis." I begged him.

"Takot ka sa ipis eh mas malaki ka dya-" He didn't get to finish what he's saying because I saw the cockroach going in my direction so I screamed and went to his back, making him a shield.

"Please," I said with a pout and puppy eyes. He sighed. He was going to step on the cockroach but-

"Sandali, wag mong aapakan!" I stopped him.

"Eh anong gusto mong gawin ko?" He asked irritatedly.

"Tanggalin mo na lang dyan. Wag mo aapakan kasi may buhay din sila. Nakakaawa." I bowed down in embarrassment then he chuckled.
