Yet what am I to do when even my heart denies my desires? What should I do when even my heart turns against me?
This rejection of my will deep inside me seems to be unfounded. But it must have a reason, otherwise the rejection would not be there. If I listen to it, I seem to be doing the right thing, but my heart does not accept it.
Every time I am faced with a decision, I notice how my heart is being pulled in two completely opposite directions and I stand in the middle of it as the holding limb, being torn apart.
