My chest... It felt warm.

And there was a weird but pleasant feeling in my tummy.

"Thanks love. What's this?" She smiled as she asked, taking the box I gave her.
"Open it." I replied with a fond grin.
I watched her eyes light up as she looked at the silver peridot necklace that I gave her.
"Y/N... Is this really for me?" She asked in complete disbelief.
"Yes, my star. It's yours." I chuckled.
And every night my mind is running around her
"She's amazing. She was everything I could ever ask for."
"Then why give her up?"
"I never gave her up."
Thunder's getting louder and louder and louder
"I'll see you later, Y/N! Seishu needs help with some tasks!" She waves me a goodbye.
"See you!" I waved back, before getting pushed by one of the caretakers dad hired for me. She was a 36 year old Filipina woman, tan skinned and has the average height for a Filipino. She was very pretty too. And very kind. She's a breadwinner and tends to her family's needs.
"You're really fond of her, no?" My caretaker asked, a soft smile on her face.
"Haha, yeah... I love her so much." I chuckled.
"I know she'll take good care of you, nak. She's a very good girl. (Ah, parang yung pamangkin ko sa Pinas!)" She smiled.
"Treat her right, okay nak?" She pats your head gently.
"I will." You grinned widely.
