De Vil and Heart (Carlos De Vil x Y/N Heart)

Part:3 chapter:9

"Right, so you 4 go look around Audrey's dorm" I say to Mal, Evie, Celia and Uma "And you guys go find Ben" I say to Carlos, Jay, Harry and Gill

"Where are you going?" Carlos asks

"To find Jane" I smile

"You can't go alone!"

"I've got my powers to protect me" I reassure him

"What if she turns you to stone.. or puts you to sleep... or worse!"

"She won't!" I sigh

"How do you know?!"

"I don't! But you've just got to trust me, okay?" I lean up and kiss him so he returns it

"I trust you" He sighs "Just promise me youll be okay" I nod and smile. He leans his head against mine and then walks away with the boys

"Stay safe" The girls tell me

"I'm always safe" I smile and walk away. I first head towards the enchanted lake. I look around and see everyone sleeping "Jane?!" I shout quietly "Jane?!"

"Y/N?" I hear a voice ask. I turn around but don't see anyone

"Jane?"

"Y/N!" I start running towards the noise

"Jane! Follow my voice! Keep talking!"

"Y/N! I'm here! Where are you?!"

"Just keep following my voice!" I see someone moving in the distance "Jane!"

"Y/N!" She runs to me and I pull her into a hug

"I'm so glad you're okay" I smile. She tightens the hug and we both sigh

"Where are the others?" She asks

"The boys are looking for Ben and the girls are looking for Audrey" I explain

"Great... so we're alone"

"For the time being. But we have each other" I nod, trying to reassure her "Come on, let's go find the boys. They might be here somewhere"

"Here, we might need these" She passes me a water sprayer and I look at her confused "It's enchanted lake water" She shrugs

"Oh! I see! Thanks" I smile. She nods and we start our adventure of looking for the boys. After a while, we hear a loud roar and we both jump.

"What was that?!" She asks quietly

"I don't know..." I whisper "Lets go find out"

"You want to go towards the sound?!" She asks

"Yeah" I laugh "Come on!" I take her hand and we start running towards where the roar came from. Jane and I see the boys and a... Beast? We run over and spray the beast with the enchanted lake water. The beast turns back into Ben and I smile. However, he has a beard and fangs

"Hey!" Carlos smiles. He runs down to me and hugs me "Oh, my gosh. I know you told me not to but I was worrying so much" He sighs

"I'm so glad you're alright!" We say at the same time. He hugs me so I hug him back. Jane and I look at Ben, see the beard and fangs and then look at each other

"He needs another blast" I smirk. We blast him in the face with the water

"Please... please stop..." Ben sighs. I laugh and shake my head

"Huh. It's enchanted lake water. I guess it can only do so much" Jane shrugs

"Well, Well, Well" Harry smirks, walking over "Harry Hook" Harry introduces himself to Jane "And you, my little duckling are... ravishing"

"Okay. Ravishing and off your charts" I laugh. He sighs and looks at me

"Y/N" He smirks

"Harry" I say, blankly

"You look....ravishing" He smirks

"Ravishing and engaged" Carlos says, putting his arm around me. I smile and he returns it "Just in case anyone was confused" He shrugs

"Hold on" Ben interrupts "Who's side are they on?" He asks, referring to Harry and Gill

"They escaped and joined us" Jay explains "And Mal has the ember, which is our only hope to stop Audrey. Details to follow"

"Hades ember? Has Mal gone back to the isle?" Ben asks

"I said 'Details to follow'. We're meeting up with Mal, Evie and Uma. Lets go!" - Jay

"Uma?!" - Ben

"Details to follow!" We all say in unison

"All right!" Ben sighs and we all walk off after them

"I wonder how the girls got on" I shrug

"Definitely not as well as us. We found Ben, they're probably sitting around eating Janes cake" Carlos smiles with a chuckle. I laugh and intertwine my fingers in his.

"Carlos..?" I ask

"Yeah?" He answers

"What made you want to propose to... ME... I mean... I'm not the best person... I left you last year because I was upset..."

"Hey.." He starts "I don't care about any of that... it's all in the past. I proposed to you because I'm madly in love with you" He smiles. I return the smiles and he squeezes my hand. We carry on walking with the others and turn a corner

"Oh sh-" I say but get cut off
