The best pirate I've ever seen

"So ill equipped, did he honestly expect to get by with just this?" Winter said with a frown "surely he must have known better."

She chuckled to herself before motioning to the solider with the chains to bind the pirate "Your without a doubt the worst pirate I've heard of."

"But you have heard of me." Jaune pointed out with a small smile

As the irons were firmly lached onto Jaunes arms his grin widened "About time"

He then caught ruby by the neck and began to strangle her with his chains, stopping as he looked right at goodwitch

"You bastard!" Yang yelled as her eyes flashed red again "What's the point of saving her if you're gonna threaten her!"

"It's leverage." Roman said "He needs to get out, so he's using a hostage."

"Deputy headmistress before you do anything brash know this." Jaune said as he pressed the chains closer to Rubys neck "This little girlys got no aura left, what happens if I press a little too hard?"

Goodwitch gritted her teeth as Qrows hand inched towards his scythe

"My affects please!" He then pointed a finger at goodwitch "and my hat!"

Goodwitch sighed as she approached the pair and handed the gear to Ruby, who looked terrified. She then turned around and began to reattach the pirates gear

"Woah, careful on the assets." Jaune commented as she reattached his belt

"He's sick." Summer commented as her silver eyes burned with rage "That bastard is dead when I get to him."

"Your sick." Ruby said as she tightened his belt intentionally, Jaune just kept smiling.

"Sticks and stones love, I saved your life you saved mine, we're square." Jaune said as ruby finished reattaching His gear. He flipped the girl around and pointed the pistol right at her head

"Deputy, students, soldiers. Remember this day always." Jaune said as he eyed something to his right "as the day you almost caught, captain jaune sparrow!"

With that he pushed Ruby away and grabbed hold of a pulley, kicking the bottom and it pulled him upwards.

"YEAH! AWESOME PIRATE ESCAPE!" Neptune yelled as he cheered. He was joined by his partner "YARG!" Sun yelled

"This is not a joking matter!" Goodwitch tried to reprimand her students, her efforts were in vain 

"Now will you shoot him?!" Qrow half yelled half asked winter, who was momentarily caught off guard

"OPEN FIRE!" She commanded to the soldiers around her, who took aim and fired upon the flying man along with several of the huntsman

Jaune swung around on the rope and landed on a small wooden plank, dodging bullets as he did.

More and more bullets wizzed past Jaune as he attached his chains to a line and road it down to the farther side of the docks.
