Ryujin and Jaemin used to date. They don't anymore as they broke up. They broke up because of Ryujin. She didn't want to be with Jaemin anymore. They were only together for about 3 months. Ryujin just couldn't be bothered with their relationship anymore. Jaemin was left heartbroken by what she said. He feels like it was a waste of his time dating her in the first place when she didn't really want a relationship. Ryujin and Jaemin are both busy idols though so maybe they didn't have time for a relationship. Jaemin is still not over Ryujin as he was really into her and he thought they were happy enough together but she didn't feel that way. She took his love away and he's not getting it back

It's been a while since Ryujin and Jaemin broke up and he's still struggling now. She moved on straight away as she ended the relationship. She has no qualms about doing it. About breaking his heart. Jaemin's members always tell him he needs to pull himself together and not let the breakup with Ryujin affect and ruin his life and career. He is in the NCT Dream house with his fellow members now. They finished in the studio and are now making dinner together. Jeno had decided to take charge today and lead the cooking. Jaemin is preparing some ingredients for him. He has been feeling a bit sad since he got home. "Come on, man. Cheer up. Don't always be so sad. Smile" Haechan said to Jaemin. "I'm fine, man" he replies. "No you're not. You never smile these days, Jae since you broke up with that bitch" Mark said. "She's not a bitch and she has a name. Ryujin" Jaemin said. "Okay go to her if you're still in love with her" Mark said. "I don't like why you would want to trust her again after she broke your heart. I wouldn't trust a girl who did that to me" Chenle said. "Guys, you don't understand what it's like to like a girl so much like that" Jaemin yells. "I'm sure we've all been there. I have" Renjun said. "Jaemin, you dang let Ryujin effect your life forever. As your brothers we want whats best for you" Jisung said. "Yes I understand that guys and appreciate it. I thought I was falling in love with Ryujin" he said. "Awe, bro" Haechan said putting his arms around Jaemin. "We are here for you. Let's have a nice dinner" Jeno said. The guys made Jaemin smile and laugh over dinner and cheered him up a bit. Obviously he still felt sad over Ryujin on the inside

Ryujin and Jaemin might cross paths again tonight because coincidentally they are at the same restaurant with their members. Funnily enough the restaurant they had their first date at all that time ago. They haven't seen each other yet as they are at opposite sides of the restaurant. They are hoping they don't see each other. Ryujin is having a meal with the girls. Jaemin is having a meal with the boys too. ITZY's food comes. "Smells delicious. I'm so hungry" Yuna said. "Nothing stopping us from eating up" Yeji said. "Ryujin, why the long face?" Lia asks. "No I'm fine. Just tired and hungry" she said. The girls tuck into their meal. Ryujin and Chaeryeong pops off to the bathroom. As they come back, Chaeryeong sees NCT at a table out of the corner of her eye. "NCT" she whispers. "Shit! I can't let Jaemin see me. He'll cause a scene" Ryujin said. YangYang turned around and saw Ryujin and Chae. They make it back to the table though. A few minutes later, YangYang comes to the table and sits the ITZY. "Hey, ladies" he said. "Hey" Lia smiled. "So you had a nice dinner?" he said. "Yes it was delicious" Yuna said. "Ryujin, Jaemin wants to see you. I told him you're here" YangYang said. "No he doesn't. We are so over" Ryujin replies. "Trust me. He's not over you. He still thinks about you everyday and cries over you. Ryujin, you need to give him another chance" YangYang said. Ryujin looks at him and shrugs her shoulders. "Ryu, you and Jaemin were cute together. You were just right for each other too" Yeji said. "Well I finished with him" she said. YangYang goes and leaves them. The girls do tell Ryujin that she was wrong dumping Jaemin like that. They said he didn't deserve it which he didn't

The girls are still in the restaurant. They were about to leave when Jaemin approached their table. Ryujin pretended to be looking at something on her phone. She wasn't really. She just didn't want to get Jaemin's attention. She didn't have anything to say to him. "Ryujin" he said. "Jaemin" she said. "Just thought I'd come and say hi to you. I heard you were here" he said. "And" Ryujin said. "Ryujin, don't be so rude" Yeji said. She scowls at her. "I don't have anything to say to you, Jaemin. Anyway we are leaving" Ryujin said. "Ryujin, calm down. Jaemin, only came to say hi. Talk to him for a few minutes" Lia said. Ryujin rolls her eyes and sighs. The girls go away. "Look I'm sorry, Jaemin I acted like that" she said. "It's okay. Ryujin, I still think about you everyday and how I wish we were still together" Jaemin said. "Yes I understand, Jaemin but I think we ended our relationship at the right time" Ryujin said. "But I'm not over you yet" he said grabbing her arm. Ryujin pulls away from Jaemin. She gives him that look and walks away. Jaemin was left with a tear in his eye. Maybe Ryujin will realise that she has made the biggest mistake of her life

It's been a few weeks since Ryujin and Jaemin ran into each other in the same restaurant. She does kinda feel bad for having a go at him and being rude to him but she still feels like she ended their relationship at the right time. Jaemin is still not over Ryujin yet. How he thought they were so happy together and how he misses her? Maybe something will bring the two of them back together. Ryujin has been away from the ITZY girls for a couple of days doing a solo magazine shoot out of town. She is on her way back now. She is looking forward to getting back. The girls have thrown a mini party for her to celebrate our solo magazine deal so when Ryujin gets home, she'll be surprised to see what they've gone. The cab pulls up outside ITZY's home and Ryujin gets out and gets her bag from the trunk. She opens the door and walks in to a silence. She is confused as to where the girls are. "Girls" she said. "Surprised" the four girls shot coming out from hiding. "What's all this?" Ryujin said. "For you, unnie" Chaeryeong said. "To celebrate you" Yuna said. "But I haven't done much" she replies. "Yeah you have, you liar. You got a big magazine deal" Lia said. Ryujin was stunned and astonished. The girls had food and cake out on the table so Ryujin's celebration begins. They shouldn't have done this all for Ryujin. She'll pay them back one day by doing something

Ryujin was enjoying the lottos party the girls threw for her. She was thankful to them in the end even though she thought at first they didn't need to do it. There was a knock on the door halfway through the party. The girls wondered who it was. Yeji answers it. She must've been expecting it. It was Jaemin. Ryujin heard his voice and started to think why is he here. "Come in" Yeji says. Jaemin smiles. "Ryujin, there is someone here for you" Yeji said. "Oh" Ryujin replies. "We thought you'd like Jaemin to come" Yuna said. Ryujin didn't say anything. "Ryujin, I want to talk to you" Jaemin said. "Why?" she replies. "Because I want to congratulate you on your magazine shoot" he said. "Okay" she said. Ryujin takes Jaemin into her room. "The girls invited you and you came" she said. "Yes I did. I know you might not be happy to see me but I'm always happy to see you" Jaemin said. "Look. I'm sorry, Jaemin. If I'm being like this. If I'm always a bitch" Ryujin said. "I still have feelings for you, Ryujin. I've told you time and time again" he said. "I know you do" Ryujin said. "I know you won't give me a chance again" Jaemin said. "I never said I wouldn't. I just think we ended our relationship at the right time" she said. "I never wanted to let you go. You were the first girl I ever fell for in my life so you always have a special place in my heart" he said. Ryujin blanked him and went silent for a while. I tear fell down her cheek. "You're crying" Jaemin said. "Yes yes I am" she said. He stand next to her on her bed and put his arms around her. She pushed him away at first and then allowed him to hold her close. He didn't ask her anything. "Jaemin" Ryujin said. "Yes" he said softly. "I'm really sorry again and I really mean it this time" she said. "It's okay. I'm not mad at you this time" Jaemin said. He handed her a tissue and she dried her eyes. Jaemin pushed the hair back off Ryujin's face and looks into her eyes. "You're a good guy, Jaemin. You really are and you don't deserve someone like me" Ryujin said. "Shut up. Of course I do. You're a wonderful person" he says. "After thinking for a few minutes I've come to realise that maybe we could make this thing work" she said. "Are you sure?" Jaemin said. "Yes" she replies. "Shin Ryujin" Jaemin smiles pulling Ryujin in for a kiss. She kisses him again and they have a moment. "Us" Jaemin said. "Us" Ryujin repeated. They smiled at each other and couldn't take their eyes off each other. They lay on Ryujin's bed for a while and the girls wondered what they were up to. It's safe to say that Jaemin has forgiven Ryujin and they are back together at last
