1)It All Starts With A Dream✨

Hey! I am Seonji D. (19 years old) and please don't ask me why for my surname I just used the initial 'D' T_T. If I were asked to tell something about my family then it consists of me, my parents and my two younger sisters [Teoni D.(13 years old) , Preonshi D.(10 years old)] . As my father is the only earning source of our family and me being the eldest daughter,I had to take some responsibilities too:).

Like other girls i don't know why I didn't have that lovesick phase..its just i never felt that kind of connection with any of the boys I met..so no love life! I never felt like doing something excess like buying unnecessary things or putting on a show in front of others, I had built my own world which was simple and had people who mean the world to me, it made me feel happy and safe.Therefore, all my life the only thing I really focused on is my studies so that I could get a fantastic job and help my family out.

My parents and I had always dreamt of me studying abroad so I applied for universities as soon as I finished my 12 grade with flying colours. That consisted of universities in Canada,London, Germany ,France.. in between Preonshi suggested South Korea..So I was like why not and applied there as well. 

Now all I had to do this wait for their replies🤞🏻

It has almost been a fortnight since I emailed all the universities.So just like any other day I woke up..checked if there were any responses and there were none..did some work and then after lunch went to teach a bunch of children from our neighbourhood maths and after that I went to the library as I work there part time. As usual I came home during evening. Freshened up..took my evening tea..proceeded towards checking the emails AGAIN to if there was any luck🥲.

And guess what!!???? Got a response from the Canadian university!! I was so happy that finally ill go abroad to study.

Within the next two weeks I got responses from the South Korean university and also the one in France.

Now the question was which country should I choose. To be honest my parents would be more than okay even if I randomly chose a country ,same goes for me so I just want someone to select a country for me..now the only people left were my sisters and they chose South Korea! Apparently my sisters love K-drama and K-pop, basically anything related to South Korea. On the other hand me being a complete ignorant knew nothing except the fact that South Korea existed T_T. There is no harm in exploring a new place, as a result, later that night we finally came to a conclusion that South Korea was my destination. So starting from tomorrow the paperwork begins!!

Only if I knew about the turn my life was going take because of this decision..
