He kissed me sweetly on my cheek and I returned the favor. "You're so cute when you talk smart."
We heard footsteps out in the hall. He twirled a strand of my hair around his finger. "I don't want to leave quite yet. Come to my house?"
I slapped his arm playfully.
"No silly, that'll be even more suspicious."He fake pouted. I laughed and kissed him again. "Ok, I'll be there this weekend."
"Yes! I win!" He pumped a fist in the air. the footsteps grew closer.
"Ok, just pretend we're studying again?"
I nodded and he grabbed a stack of flashcards."Ready, go."
