A lover is someone who you're bound with by destiny.
A lover can be called various things, depending on your personal preference. For me, I like to call mine Kyon.
You know when someone is your lover, just by feeling it. You will get that sensation. Keep in mind, if it is a crush (mainly a small one) who you hardly interact with, the chances of them being your lover are extraordinarily slim.
Once you find your lover, tell the person about it, so they can know.
