Truth or Dare

Hunter POV

"Remind again why i'm here?" I asked y/n as i walked into the owl house cautiously.
"Because I asked you to come over and you looove me" She answered.
And it's true I do love her, not in the way she thinks though.
"Yeah yeah. But WHY did you ask me to come over?"

"Weeeeell, Luz was talking about some human game. And it sounded fun."
"That doesn't answer my question" I said sternly.
"We wanted to play the game but only two people playing wouldn't be as fun."
"Who said I even wanted to be a part of this game?"
"I did." Y/n said before dragging me into the living room.

I rolled my eyes as I stepped into the living room, and my eyes was immediately met Luz'.
"Hunter! My bestie! Bro!" Luz said while doing some weird gestures with her hands.
"Let's just get this over with." I said while sitting down.

Y/n POV

Me and Luz looked at each other with mischief in our eyes before sitting down.
"So, how does this work?" Hunter asked, clearly annoyed.
I didn't even know myself so I just looked at Luz.
"Well, first you spinn a bottle. And the person it lands on is your "target". You ask the person: Truth or Dare. Then the person pick either truth or dare, then you have to come up with something for them to either say or do. All clear?"

"Yes" Me and Hunter said in unison.
"Great, since Hunter is the guest I think he should do the honors." Luz declared.
"Fine."
Hunter spun the bottle and it landed on Luz.
"Truth or Dare?"
"Hmmmm, dare."
"I dare you to, swap clothes with Y/n." Hunter said while crossing his arms.
"Bruh, fine" Luz said as she stood up.
She began walking into her room and I followed her.

Time Skip

And a couple of minutes later me and Luz stood in the living room. And as soon as Hunter saw us he began laughing. And when I say laughing I mean rolling on the floor laughing. And that is what he was doing.
But tbh I understand why he was laughing. Luz's clothes were far to small for me, so I looked fucking ridiculous.
"Yeah yeah, let's keep going" I said as I sat down.

Luz spun the bottle and it landed on me.
"Y/n truth or dare?"
"Truth"
"Do you have a crush?" She asked while smirking.
Hunter head perked up.
"No" Lie. I do have a crush. His name starts with H and ends with unter.
Hunter lowered his head, and I swear I could see a bit of sadness in his eyes.

I spun the bottle and it landed on Luz.
"Luz truth or dare?"
"Dare I ain't no coward"
"I dare you to call your girlfriend and tell her to come over."
"SHES NOT MY GIRLFRIEND" Luz squeaked while she was blushing mad.
A/n: This plays out before Knock Knock Knocking on Hootys door.
"I didn't even say her name" I said while smirking.
"oh, yeah"
"Call Amity"
Luz picked up her scroll and facetimed Amity.
Luz was blushing mad.
"Hey Amity!" Luz said with a shaky voice as Amity answered.
"Hey Luz"
A silence filled the room and I could see how both of the girls blushed fifty shades of red.
I gestured to Luz to keep going.
"I was wondering if you wanted to come over later?" Luz said while looking away from the camera.
"Oh! I-I would love to!" Amity quickly answered.
"Really! I'll see you later then!"
"Yeah see you later Luz."

"Eeeyy Luz got a date with Amity!" I exclaimed.
"NOT A DATE"
"suuuure"
"Who's turn is it?"
"Mine" Luz said with mischief in her eyes.
He skinned the bottle and it landed on me.
"Y/n, truth or dare?"
"Dare" I said smirking.
"I was hoping you would say that."
My smirk quickly disappeared. "Wait wha-"
"I dare you to kiss Hunter." She said with a smirk.
I immediately felt my face heat up.
No Y/n I will not back out. I'm not a pussy.
And besides it's only Hunter. Only my crush, and best friend for years. No biggie.
I turned to Hunter and he was trying to cover he's very flushed face.
I scooted over to him.
"Are you okay with that?" I quietly asked him.
"Yes." He quickly answered.
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah"
I grabbed it cheek with my hand and made him face me.
His face was fifty shades of red, but my face was too so I shouldn't judge.
I quickly closed my eyes and kissed him.
Wait what? Y/n what are you thinking! This will ruin your friendship forever!
Nah, this is just a little push from our friend Luz cause she knew that we have feeling for this dude and he likes us as well. It's just you that never did anything about it!
I tried to keep our friendship together! And you're breaking it!
I'm not breaking it, i'm pushing it forward we both like each other so why hide it! Also stop pretending that you're having a convo with your subconscious.
It's my way of coping okay, i'm in a very stressful situation.
No, it's not stressful. You're just overjoyed and have never felt that before. Now once again stop imagining conversations and get back to reality you dumbass!

We both quickly melted into the kiss, and after a few seconds we broke apart.
I stared into his big magenta eyes, but sounds of crying caused me to break eye contact and look where the sound came from.
Surprise, Surprise it was Luz that was crying happy tears.
"I knew it! Oh I love this trope."
"Knew what?" Me and Hunter said in unison.
"KNEW WHAT? KNEW WHAT??? THAT YOU LIKE EACH OTHER OF COURSE!"
"No we don't!"
She just looked at us with a "Are you serious?" look.
Luz was about to continue arguing with us but was interrupted by knocking on the door.
Luz quickly stood up and ran over to the door.
"Amity!" She exclaimed, while she threw herself onto her tackling her in a hug.
"Hi Luz, I hope i'm not too early?"
"Nope just in time!" Luz said while dragging Amity into the living room.
"Why are you two sitting so close."
Amity asked us. And we both quickly scooted away from each other.
"No reason" We both said in unison.
Bruh, Y/n stop saying everything at the same as he does!
"Ooooohhh, Amity I have a lot to tell you."
"Don't you dare."
"So we're playing truth or dare..."
"Luz I will punch you into oblivion, if you tell her." I threatened her.
"And I dared Y/n..." Luz continued while I was rapidly approaching her with my fist in the air.
But suddenly an abomination grabbed, stopping me from reaching Luz.
"To kiss Hunter!"
"WHAT!!"
"LUZ"
"I'm gonna kill myself."

"Wait, did they actually kiss?"
"Yes!"
"AND I MISSED IT!"
"I'm sorry! But don't worry I have a picture!"
"YES"
Luz pulled her phone from her back pocket and showed Amity the pic.
"Number one" I started
"You are weird for taking a picture of two people kissing and then showing to your gf. Number two IT WAS A DARE" I finished.
Damn I hated saying that. Hashtag afraid of rejection!

"Come on! We have been shipping you guys for so long!"
"What now?" Me and Hunter said.
"Everyone has! Even Steve! He's even here right now! Come here Steve." Luz said.
And from behind the couch appeared Steve with a shirt that said (Shipname for you and hunter) and he held cheerleading pompoms in his hands.

I was trying so hard not to blush at the thought of me and hunter together.
Come on Y/n! Just tell him how you feel! He's not gonna reject you! And you already have the approval of the people around you even steve's!
But what if he actually rejects me? That would be fucking embarrassing.
Bitch, there's a reason i'm the bigger text here i'm in charge of what you're gonna do.
So you're gonna walk up to Hunter and simply tell him how you feel.
Can I at least talk to him outside?
Fine.

I rolled my eyes at the weird ass voice in my head. I walked towards Hunter.
"Can we talk outside?" I quietly asked him.
He just nodded.
We both walked outside in silence.
"Hooty get out of here." I said.
"Okay!"

"Soooo"
"Sooooooo"
"Okay i'm just gonna say it, I like you and I pretty much always have. You don't have to like me back though I get. But I just think that you should know."
Hunter was too stunned to speak.
"I-"
"You know what? Forget I ever said anything! It was stupid an-" I was cut of by a pair of soft lips on mine.
He's kissing me. WHAT DO I DO
KISS HIM BACK YOU WEIRDO
I kissed him back.
His hands laid protectively on my waist while my hand was cupping his cheeks.

After a few seconds we broke apart and Hunter broke the silence "I like you too. And I have for a long time now."
I was blushing mad. And he was too lol.
I looked at the window too see that everyone was watching us.
"I KNEW IT!" They all shouted.
I just gave them dah middle finger.
