The Isles were teeming with new life after the conflict, courtesy of the new Empress. Under her rule, magic was no longer restricted and witches were free to pursue any types they wished. Eight years after the fall of Belos, the Owl House disappeared, its inhabitants nowhere to be found, save two. Ten years since she first set foot in the Demon Realm, Luz Noceda has settled in the city of Caja Torácica and married her longtime girlfriend, Amity Blight. They moved into the apartment above Viney's veterinary clinic together and began a new chapter in their lives founding Noceda Bounty Hunting and General Services. They don't know what became of their surrogate family, but they won't give up their search for the Owl House. Luz and Amity Noceda had thought their adventuring days were behind them, but with new career opportunities, encounters with beings from another Titan, corporate espionage, a looming confrontation with the notorious Owl Lady, and the prospect of beginning a family, they might be in for their wildest years yet.

Luz Noceda is an average teenager trying to get a career in music but that proves to be difficult while being in school and having such a protective mom (Camila Noceda). Luz had an idea to fix everything! Her favorite artist Amity Blight was trying to form a backing band for gigs because right now she is performing with herself, her guitar and a couple of song files without the vocals and lead guitar. And then, she does something stupid, and now, she's definitely not invisible. An unexpected hatred quickly turns into something different, and now Luz has to try and figure out her feelings for that girl. One year after Luz dads dies she gets sent away to live with a family friend. She's get sent to a fancy private schools and meets sweet Willow smart Gus and Willow annoying boyfriend Hunter. She also meets the daughter of the assistant principal Amity Blight. After they go to a party and have a "moment" they have to decide what to do about their relationship. Will they fall in love or will someone or something get in the way.

Luz moves in with her mom's old friend Eda from collage and starts school at a high school for gifted kids. But when she learns she's not on a full scholarship, she has to find a way to make enough money to stay there. No where seems to be offering a job that pays well enough to make the money before the deadline. Soon though, she finds herself taking an interesting job working for Eda.
