♥Chapter 3♥

"People fall in love because of the scenarios in our head that we make, when we meet someone new."

Y/N P.O.V

"Sooo how was the talk last nigghht" Selene said wiggling her eyebrows. I pushed her to the side and continued following everyone.

"Nothing happened, so stop making faces"I said while she continued annoying me"Its sad that our dear Chief couldnt come"I nodded while still staring at the ground, in case i accidentally step on a snake.

Szukaxsa was suddenly needed in the village so he couldnt come, making me surprisingly sad, I dont even know why I feel that way since we just met each other 16 hours ago.

In Szukaxsa's place was 2 villagers who i didnt bother to know their names, since I was practically half asleep when they introduced theirselves.

We started hiking at 6 in the morning, because they said that it takes at least 1 1/2 day from the village to the temple, meaning that I would get tired of staring at the thousands of trees in this island.

"When we see the lake we will stop then spend the night there, and then continue in the morning"The female villager said.

"When will see the snakes?"Dad asked anxiously at the villagers"You will see them soon since we are hours away from the village now, meaning we are now on their homes so everyone pay attention to your feets if you dont want to die"

When the students heard what she said they all looked down"Have any villagers died here before?"Pierce asked pushing up his glasses and wiping away his sweat.

"Of course, every festival there is always at least one hard headed villager that try to follow us through the temple and get lost, after a few days their body will turn up dead in the entrance of the forest"The male villager said.

"Arent you scared Y/N?"Selene asked"I mean I know about youre obsession with snakes but that doesnt mean you dont get scared"

"Of course you cant help being scared youre practically going in a trap since this is a foreign place, but strangely I dont feel the least bit scared"I said while looking around the trees.

Ever since I stepped foot in this forest I had this tingling feeling that someone was looking at me, not the Im gonna kill you way but the Im curious about you way making me a bit uncomfortable.

It had started getting dark when we finally found the lake, so we started putting up our tents. I would share my tent with Selene since it is huge while others chose to stay by themselves.

As we were building our tents Max started flriting again "Stop it Max, you have been annoying me since earlier, cant you shove your ego down your fricking throat!?"Selene yelled making me chuckle.

"Come on sele dear, you know you dont mean that"Max said while putting his shoulder on her and rubbing his face on her cheek, making Selene scream in frustration.

She took the hammer that I was using to pin down our tent and started swinging at Max making him run away with Selene in trail.

I laughed at them and strarted organizing our bed inside the tent"You two stop that at once!" I heard my Dad yell outside making me laugh again when I heard Selene's mumbling as she entered our tent and crashing down on the bed.

"I swear to God if Max dont stop I'm gonna cut his birdie with the shears youre dad brought and shove it up his arse"I sat beside her and combed through her hair.

"Calm downn, there are still a long time that you will spend with him, first start with his balls, then the birdie"I said as we laughed together.

"There was a lot of snake earlier, I was scared when you picked one up like it was a cat, dont do that again, okay?" Selene told me while glaring at my face.

"Yes Ma'am" I said while saluting at her"It was a harmless baby noodle, it wasnt poisonous thats why I picked it up." I said as I stood up and went to my bag beside the bed.

"Still it is not safe Y/N"Selene said as she also took her towel before we went outside to where the others are swiming in the lake.

"Is there no snake there?"Selene asked the female villager we bumped into while walking to the lake."Of course there are, but they dont bite, you can trust me on that"She said as she jumped into the water.

"Nuh uh im not going in there she just there were SNAKESSS why would i willingly swim there after that, nuh uh no way, were going back to the tent."she said as she tried pulling me away

"Oh come on, why would she also swim if its not safe, how about we swim for 30 minutes then get out pleasseee" I said as I tickled her sides making her laugh.

"Finneee, you got a point, but if I feel even the slightest touch of a tail we are out there" She said as I nodded happily at her.

We went into the water feeling its warmth, i swam around and went under water, even if its dark the fire at our camp serves as light making me see all the rocks underwater.

I tried looking for snakes but there was none."Hahahah, she tricked you there are no snakes there " I said as I went up for air"Well thats impossible, this IS a snake island so theyre just probably hiding or something" she said.

"Sureee" I said as I pulled her and we danced in beat with Corrines music from her phone.

Unkown P.O.V

I watched her danced in the rythm of their magical box. I stared at her in awe as the light from the fire showed her every curves.

I continued watching her listening to her melodious laugh, and beautiful smile, making me ache with the desire to wrap my hands around her and keep her for myself.

Soon I will have you my cute little prey.
