It came just as quickly as it left,
becoming bored of each other
finding no need for the other.
The glue holding us gone by theft
Early on it was decided
we would never connect.
All the things we said to each other
meaingless and misguided
We both have silently given up
slowly stopped talking
coming to our own conclusions
in a fashion so abrupt
It is not like you care
I knew this but-hoping
I could change that, I failed
its not fair
In these words I will finally resign
and from my naiveness I have grown,
learned and know I don't need you
