Chapter 31.

We were driving around the island trying to draw the cops anywhere but in the direction John B ran in but we had no idea where he was right now. I haven't said a word since John B got out of the car and JJ hasn't let go of my hand the entire time, JJ and I had shared another joint.

"Pope, you clocked that car man" JJ said laughing as Pope was still driving. Kie tried to take over driving an hour ago but Pope refused to get out.

"I'm just glad I'm not driving now" Pope said from behind the steering wheel which made me speak up

"Pull over Pope" I yelled suddenly making everyone look at me and JJ stopped laughing

"JJ it's not funny. He shouldn't be driving right now" I yelled at my boyfriend

"Mama's mad" JJ said from beside me making me give him the finger

"Kie can drive" I said, I wasn't as high as Pope but was still high but Kie was sober.

"Where are we going" JJ asked as Kie began driving

"The last place they're gonna look" Kie said back to him and I knew where we were going.

We pulled up to the Cameron house and Kie and I got out of the car and the boys followed unsure why we were here.

"Are you sure this is a good idea?" JJ asked us

"She's the only one who can clear John B" Kie said back jumping the wall

"She won't testify against her brother Kie, this is useless" I sighed following her over the stone wall

"Last place they'll look because of how stupid it is" JJ said annoyed that we were here

"Do you have a plan? We can't exactly just walk in" I asked Kie

"Yeah, I've got a plan" She said nodding

"Yeah, I have plans. We can do a plan. Let's do the plan thing" Pope said from next to us

"Can you handle a plan right now?" I asked a high Pope

"Course I can handle a plan right now. I'm the Plan Guy. I'm Mister Plan-o-Matic" Pope started rapping while Kie covered his mouth to shut up him

"Okay, no more weed for you, ever" I said to Pope "Never again" I looked to JJ

"I love you, Kie" Pope said to Kie making me look at JJ wondering if we heard the same thing

"I love you. I'm in love with you" Pope said again

"Awkward" I said to JJ who chuckled at me

"Pope, you're wasted" Kie said brushing him off

"No, I know I'm wasted and that's why I'm saying this now. I really feel like this. I love you. I've been meaning to tell you I love" Pope started rambling when Kie cut him off

"Are we doing this right now?" Kie asked him pushing him away so JJ and I couldn't hear their conversation anymore

"That's kind of cute" I said to JJ "Even though he's totally wasted"

"Should I say I love you, would that help them not feel awkward?" JJ asked laughing

"I don't think it would really help seeing as though I feel the same way and Kie clearly doesn't love Pope like that" I said motioning to the two arguing

"You've been annoyed with me lately though, do you still love me?" JJ asked looking serious suddenly

"A lot has happened JJ and sometimes your comments make the situation worse but yes I do still love you" I said kissing him making him pull me into him and kiss me harder.

"Okay, are you guys ready for the plan now?" I yelled out to Pope and Kie

JJ stayed lookout while Pope went over to the BBQ setting it on fire to cover for Kie and I climbing up to Sarah's window. We knocked to get her attention and she came running over but we weren't able to open the window.

I held up the wanted poster of John B and watched Sarah's face drop.

"Are you in on it?" I asked her

"Did you think I was?" She asked back

"No" Kie said shaking her head but I stayed quiet, I don't know what to think

Sarah held her hand up against the window and Kie put hers in the same spot, they both looked at me and I put my hand on top of Kie's. We heard Ward's voice and Kie and I jumped away and ran back to the boys before we were seen.

"Was she in on it?" JJ asked us

"I don't think so" I said, shaking my head as Kie drove us away from the Cameron house.
