Negan hurries towards Angelina's bedroom at the sound of his daughters cries when he enters he sees her figure tossing and turning in her sleep. He walks up to her and gently wakes her up
"Hey, hey kiddo hey it's okay it's just a bad dream" he says softly as Angelina awakes from her sleep
She looks at her father and sobs in his arms, he holds her tight comforting his daughter
When she finally calms down she sighs heavily closing her eyes laying in her dads arms . She pulls away and wipes the tears from her eyes
"Thank you dad I'm okay I promise" she says quietly
"Do you wanna talk about it" he says softly
When Angelina shakes her head no he nods his head and begins to leave her bedroom leaving the young girl alone
Angelina looks at her bag across the room and decides to retrieve the walkie that Carl had given her
She clicks record and brings it to her lips
"Hey cowboy you awake?" She says quietly not to alarm her father
After a few minutes Angelina decides that he must be asleep and lays back down until his voice rings through
"Hey Lina yeah I'm up you okay?" He says quietly
"Yeah I'm okay did I wake you?" she says sitting up and sitting crisscross
"No, no I was up" Angelina chuckles at the white lie told by the boy
"Liar" she says a small smile on her lips
"How do you know I'm lying?" He says
"Your voice sounds raspy I can tell you just woke up" she smiles
"Fine you caught me but I don't mind" he says
"I know it's the middle of the night but you up for a little adventure?" She smirks
"Lina it's like three in the morning" he laughs
"So? Live a little cowboy" she teases
"Fine where do you wanna meet?" He gives in
"Same place as last" she says
"Okay I'm on my way I just gotta figure out a way to sneak past the guards shouldn't be too hard tho" he says
"See you in a bit Grimes" she says and gets out of bed
She changes out of her pajamas and straps her gun to her hip and her knife to her thigh. She puts her backpack on her back and quietly sneaks out of her door and into the hallway careful not to make any noise passing my her father's bedroom. She sneaks around the guards and is about to go out the back gate when a familiar voice rings through the air
"And where do you think you're going little lady" Dwight tells her
"Don't call me that and mind your own damn business" she says sternly
"You know Negan doesn't like it when you leave after dark" he tells her
"Just go back to bed Dwight and I swear to god if you get me in trouble or say anything about this I'll kill you" she says half meaning her threat
"Fine just please be careful okay?" He says to the young girl she nods her head and leaves through the gate
"Hey Grimes you almost here?" She says through her walkie
When she gets no response from the older boy she looks around and looking at all of her surroundings in the forest
"Boo"
