I barely made it a foot inside the Sunrise Cafe before I hit a hard body. I held back a groan at how hard the body was. I looked up at the person, and had to keep tilting my head back to see the persons face clearly. The dude was fucking huge.

"I.D" The huge man grunted. I scrambled to pull out my I.D badge from out of my coat. I flashed it to the apparent bodyguard, my dorky work photo in plain view.

"Mr. Morris is towards the back." Was all he said before stepping aside.

"Thank you." I said quietly, moving around him. I took a quick glance around the cafe and noticed it was empty. They must have rented the whole place for our interview. Damn the guy really is famous.

Noting a group of three men sitting around a table near the back I hurried towards them. I pulled my coat off as I neared the table and tried to smooth my black pencil skirt. The last thing I needed was to look flustered when I was already late. I just prayed I looked okay and that my brown hair wasn't all over the place.

"I am so sorry everyone for being late." I spoke, coming to a stop at the table. All three of their heads snapped up at my voice, but one caught my eye.

"James?" I questioned staring into an all too familiar face.

"Lily?"

Sitting in front of me was none other than James. My James. The guy I spent all day and night with.

"You are James Morris?" Of course it was my damn luck that I had a one night stand with the most popular actor and the same guy I was just about to interview. Well shit.

"Surprise."

I stared opened mouth at him, my mind not fully comprehending that he was really James Morris.

"I uh...how?"

"Could you guys give us a few minutes." James politely asked the two other men. They looked between the two of us before nodding and walking away, giving us space.

I looked James up and down trying hard not to blush at the fact I knew what was hidden underneath that form fitting green long sleeve shirt. His brown hair was tousled and I wanted nothing more than to run my fingers through it again. I forced myself to stop gawking at him.

"Why didn't you tell me you were James Morris?"

"I wanted to Lily, I did."

"You had plenty of time to tell me." Red hot anger was starting to bubble up inside of me. No wonder he kept brushing off what he did when I asked last night. And it now explained why he wore what he did yesterday. He didn't want anyone to recognize him.

"I know but when I realized you had no clue who I was I didn't want to tell you. You didn't look at me like everyone else does. For the first time in years you actually saw me. I didn't want to ruin it by telling you who I was." Those green eyes were intense as he stared at me, willing me to understand.

"I don't care if your famous or not James." It honestly didn't change anything that he was famous. The person he showed me last night was the James I liked. The James I could see myself being with.

"If I had known you would be the one interviewing me today I would have told you." The sincere tone he had made the anger inside of me slowly diminish. I should be angry, I should be hurt that he didn't tell me but oddly I wasn't. I understood why he didn't say anything.

"Lily I am sorry." He reached out and grabbed my hand that I placed on the table. His fingers grasping mine tightly. I melted under his touch.

"It's okay. I understand." I smiled at him, tightly squeezing his hand.

"Okay lets get this show on the road." A loud voice spoke, coming up behind me. The two men from before slid back into their seats, looking at James and I with raised eyebrows. I quickly moved my hand away from his and grabbed my notes from my bag.

Taking a deep breath I started asking my questions, pushing down the feelings that were threatened to crash over my head.

The next hour flew by. I asked all the questions I needed, even though half of them I already knew from last night. James pretended like we hadn't met before even though he had a permeant smirk plastered on his face. I could feel my face heat up every time I looked up him. The two men sitting with us most definitely knew something was going on between the two of us but they wisely kept their mouths shut.

When I had asked all the questions I needed too the two men stood up.

"Thank you for your time Ms. Mathews." I quickly stood up and shook both of their hands. "Unfortunately Mr. Morris as a plane to catch so we must end this here." At his words my head snapped towards James. He stared at me with a frown. He was leaving a day early.

"We will meet you at the door James." James didn't even glance at them as they headed towards the front door and the bodyguard.

"You're leaving?"

"Yeah apparently a director wants to meet with me later today in Florida so we fly out in an hour." James rubbed the back of his neck as he spoke. I had so many questions I wanted to ask him, so many things we had to talk about.

"Oh."

"Lily." James stepped in front of me, his hand tilting my chin up to face him. "I meant what I said in that note. I had a wonderful time yesterday and last night. For the first time in a long time I was able to be myself around you."

I felt tears starting to build behind my eyes. I tried hard to hold them back. Of course the one guy I could actually see myself falling for had to be famous and lived far away.

"I had a good time too." I said, my voice soft.

"If you want to still text or call me I'll answer."

"James!" His name was called. James gazed down at me for another second before leaned down and pressed a soft kiss to my lips. I found myself kissing him back, silently begging for him to stay.

"I'll wait for your call." He spoke, breaking the kiss and staring into my eyes. "Bye Lily."

James trailed his fingers down my face before taking a step back and moving around me. I turned around, watching him walk towards the front door. The two men and the bodyguard starting to circle around him.

He sent me one last smile and a wave before he disappeared out the door. Leaving me standing there not knowing what to do.
