File report: "Spartan 101 is one of three to be classed as hyper-lethal, although some would think the opposite due to his personality. Unlike many of the Spartan II's, 101 expresses himself more freely both on the field and on his downtime. Reports range from carefree to rude. Though in front of superior officers, he maintains himself and is seen as professional."
"101 is highly skilled in both ground and vehicle based combat, though he seems more accommodated for aerial vehicles such as Pelicans and Falcons if post battle reports are much to go by. Recommend as candidate for upcoming thruster MJOLNIR enhancements."
"101 is deployed in either teams or solo, depending on the situation. If he must be put into a fireteam, he prefers Blue team, if both opinion from him and reports are to go off of. Though mainly seen with Spartan II's, 101 is not afraid to work or affiliate himself with Spartan IIIs, Marines, or ODSTs."
