He surprises me with coffee
And my favorite cans of tea
He won't even laugh or judge
If I wear his 3 day old tee
And he likes it when I smile
So he always acts a clown
He says it hurts him so bad
When he sees I'm feeling down
And when he can't afford a date
He's a little smarty pants
Because he'll make a home theater
Or invite me to a living room ball dance
