It only took a moment.

The black-haired young man disappeared from the arms of the Lord of the Gate, and everything in front of Zong Yan's eyes abruptly changed.

First the dark khaki trench coat before him vanished, and then countless streams of multi-colored light suddenly appeared, obscuring everything else in sight.

For a moment he was stunned. He instinctively tried to grab the evil god's trench coat, but a moment after his fingers opened, all he caught was a handful of air.

What was that?!

Zong Yan wanted to speak, but a swirl of colors filled his eyes, making it impossible for him to see what was happening around him.

"For the glory of the Sun God!"

In the midst of his confusion, he suddenly heard a crowd of distant voices calling in his ears.

The Sun God?

Zong Yan was stunned, and then began to wonder again.

He'd retrieved the authority of the Dreamlands. They were supposed to call him the Lord of the Dreamlands, right? Didn't all those gods and creatures at the altar address him as Your Majesty? Why were they suddenly hailing him as the Sun God?

Zong Yan was puzzled inside, so he instinctively took a few steps forward.

It felt like he'd gone through a thin membrane, passing from one enclosed space to another, like a swallow breaking free from the wind's embrace and falling through the air.

At his feet was the turquoise sea. In the distance, a magnificent sacred mountain and a tall, majestic Greek-style temple rose above the clouds.

A fleet of ships was sailing on the sea. On the ships, a crowd of people were looking up at him, kneeling down in a panic and bowing in worship.

Sunlight burst out behind him. Zong Yan felt a majestic energy in his body, and it was an energy he recognized.

When he marshalled his thoughts, two bright wheels of radiant sunlight emerged beneath his feet, lifting the master of light high into the air.

This energy was all too familiar to Zong Yan, so when he looked down and saw the long blond hair scattered on his shoulders, the short-sleeved Greek-style robe, the lyre in his hand, and the divine birds around him, everything grew more clear.

This was obviously what he looked like after using the card of the Sun God!

"Elder brother—!"

While Zong Yan was trying to grasp all this, a voice called out to him from the horizon.

The goddess of the crescent moon, who trod the bright wheel of the moon, had a hunting bow and arrow in her hand. Her bound silver hair was as bright as moonlight, in sharp contrast to Zong Yan's golden hair.

Her features were firm and deep. She was obviously a woman, but the heroic aura of her face had no trace of weakness.

A bright deer woven from moonlight leaped happily behind the goddess. As it jumped, it left bands and ripples of silver in the air, like ribbons of translucent jade.

Zong Yan, inwardly: "..."

He immediately realized that he seemed to be the person she'd called "brother".

Wait, what's with the sudden plot development straight out of a harem novel? A sister who fell from the sky?

"Brother, Greece and Troy have gone to war."
