"I wanna make you happy... "

Bakugo trailed off.

"I can't believe this is real. "

Midoriya mumbled.

"Well you better, because it is. "

"American style?"

"We have pizza, spaghetti, juicy burgers and much more!"

Izuku read out loud the menu that was given to them.

He and Katsuki decided to take a break from shopping to eat something, and as the blonde mentioned this was his favorite place.

"I'd suggest the burger, they even make it spicy if you ask. "

Katsuki smirked, he hadn't been here in almost a year.
In fact it was with Izuku, when he last was here.

•𝙇𝙞𝙡 𝙛𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠•

"Omg!!"

"It smells so good!"

The greenette's exclaimed, he was wearing his regular white T that said 'T-shirt' and some jeans.
He originally came to the mall with his friends but they had brought their significant others.
Uraraka brought Tsu.
And Shoto had brought Iida, and despite how Izuku tried not to be bothered by it, he felt like a third wheel.
So he told them he needed to go home early to help his mom with something, only to run into Bakugo because he was to teary eye.
He didn't want to feel replaced, but he did.
He was scared that they were gonna leave him, like a certain blonde.

Despite how the blonde acted when Izuku bumped into him.
He noticed the greenette was on the verge of tears, and something in him didn't like seeing that.
Though he didn't understand why.
So he ended up accidentally inviting the greenette to lunch.

"Don't get too excited nerd!"

"Your still paying for your own lunch, I only allowed you to tag along because there's a damn special. "

Katsuki grumbled, making his way to a table.

"Pff, right Kacchan. "

Izuku giggled rolling his eyes.
He was good at reading the blonde most of the time, he could tell Katsuki cared in his own weird way.

"Shut the hell up nerd!"
"And order something before I kick your ass!"

"Pff alright, alright. "

In some weird way Katsuki knew the greenette could read him like an open book.
Even if he didn't understand his own feelings.
He was extremely happy to have Izuku back, and they were making great progress.

"The fries do look really good.... I think the last time I had American food was when I was.... 7?"

Midoriya giggled.

That's right.
Bakugo had forgotten Midoriya still had some memories, even ones that made him smile.

"Yeah?"
"Whatcha eat?"

"A hot dog and fries!"
"It was really good. "

Izuku smiled at that memory with his mom.
He remembered her rating abunch of pizza and pudding that night.

A small smirk played on Katsuki lips before replying.

"Well if you liked that hot dog, then you'll definitely love a burger. "
