Dave and you were walking through the city just to walk. Recently the two of you got together and spent more time together. Karkat seemed to stay away. You hoped you didn't hurt his feelings...
Dave bopped you on the nose lightly. "(Y/N), don't space out on me bro."
You laughed. You were happier than usual, considering what happened last fall with your parents and brother.
Soon Dave and you went home from your "nature" walk. He just came in your apartment, saying that he wanted to hang out some more, you agreed because who could say no to a nice guy like him? You guys cuddled on the couch and watched a scary movie. Every time some thing scared you, you'd hug Dave, and he'd hug back and smile. You two fell asleep in each others arm on the couch.
**KARKAT'S POV** (Who expected this?!)
(Y/N). Her beautiful (H/L) (H/C), shining (E/C).. Just everything thing about her.
And Dave took her from me. Just like Terezi. The cool guy always gets the girl. A norm in movies, and in real life.
I wished (Y/N) could see past the cool guy and see that I'm here for her and I always will be.
