I basically spend the rest of my weekend in my room. I only really left to grab food and the essentials.

Petty, I know.

But my brothers really pissed me off. What right do they have to get angry about me seeing my adoptive brothers who took care of me when they couldn't?

It's now Monday morning and I've just finished getting ready. Tying up my last last on my Jordan's, I grab my bag from my desk and head downstairs, choosing to skip breakfast today, not wanting to interact with my brothers just yet.

Keep them suffering a little more.

They'd been insistent over the weekend, calling for me from behind my door, trying to apologise and reason with me. But fuck that, I'm a petty bitch, let me do my pettiness.

I head downstairs with my bag slung over my shoulder, stopping short when I realise I need to somehow get to school.

My pettiness says I don't wanna drive with my brothers. Fair enough.

How can I get to school and piss off my brothers at the same time? Hmm.

I pull out my phone, opening up my snap to look at the newly added snaps from the other day.

I click on Mateo's snap, who we together saved his name as 'Beneventi brothers punching bag🥴🥊'.

Me:

Hey bestie pls pick me up xoxo

Beneventi brothers punching bag🥴🥊:

Yes ma'am, omw x

Me:

Thx love

I smile at my small victory. Mateo and I had been snapping a bit over the weekend, it turns out we have a lot in common, and I also just love his roadman persona. He's one of the lowkey hot ones, not the drill music and tracksuit ones, ya know?

It takes only 5 minutes before Mateo sends me a snap saying he's here. Being the dork he is, it's a picture of his face really close to the camera, his tongue poking out of his mouth.

I stand up from the stairs where I was sitting and waiting, and head over to the front door to leave. Just as I open the door, Giovanni's voice sounds from behind me, "Where are you going?" He asks roughly, a little shock apparent in his voice, probably from not seeing me all weekend.

"School. Mateo's giving me a ride," I smile at his frowning face, "Love you, bye!" I yell quickly into the house, before closing the door and rushing out.

I swear before the door shut fully I could hear Giovanni exclaim "Pool boner guy?!", but I was too busy booking it for Mateo's car, who was laughing at me hysterically from the driver's seat.
