"Gege should i help you out ? " came a voice of a tall man dressed in , expensive rich red attire , carrying what seemed a scimitar, and had a patch around one of his eyes , standing right across where Xie Lian was standing , he realized that it was Hua Cheng's voice but something was very wrong.
( wait wait , isn't that San Lang , then what is he doing in this place , what is this place , it looks a shrine ? but of which god? )
"San Lang , would you mind helping me a bit here."
Xie Lian's eyes widened when he saw the other figure dressed in all white with what seemed like bandages wrapped all around his neck, he looked like him , no it was him ,just with way longer hair and a more heavenly demeanor .
( WAIT! WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING HERE ? WHY IS ANOTHER ME TALKING WITH ANOTHER SAN LANG? )
" If gege asks ill gladly do anything." Hua Cheng replied in an ever so soft tone.
( WAIT , WAIT, WHY IS SAN LANG CALLING ME GEGE ? , THIS IS TOO CONFUSING.)
As Xie Lian tried to call out to Hua Cheng he realized that no matter how much he called out to him , he wasn't responding , no it was not that he wasn't replying to him , he just couldn't hear him. It was then when Xie Lian realized that his body was half translucent , he couldn't be heard or touched by anyone , it seemed as if he had entered someone's subconscious mind.
( i can't be touched or be heard by anyone , just what is happening?)
As Xie Lian kept on observing the doppelgängers of himself and San Lang , he heard a voice from the other side.
" San Lang is something the matter ? " the other Xie Lian inquired.
"There seems to be some kind of problem at the ghost city , it's something that has to be taken care of immediately." Hua Cheng replied.
( Ghost city , what is that ?)
" Do i need to accompany San Lang?"
"Gege doesn't need to worry , i'll be right back, but if gege wishes to come with me on his own accordance , ill be honored ." Hua Cheng replied while slightly smirking.
"Well I am pretty sure my San Lang wouldn't require my help , he is strong enough to manage things on his own."
