Dear Ashton,
Hi! How's it going?
I'm currently in my room listening to Fall Out Boy while you sleep. But, I had this idea.
I want you to go outside and scream. It doesn't matter where you are. I don't care who's with you. I want you to go outside and scream, "I LOVE MY LIFE!" Just do it.
When you're finished come back inside and write. I don't care what about. Just write.
And then share it with the boys.
