This Frenchman would mainly focus on sapper and disguises.

While spy is in the 'meta' it's only for three waves, each on different maps, and while the kunai and dead ringer give survivability, but any knife does six times the damage, his secondary due to he has no primary is pretty much not used unless for chip damage, or the l'etrenger for the extra cloak on top of the chip damage, so a 'meta' lover is after the ambassador over the extra cloak from the l'etrenger, kunai and dead ringer as the custom options, but that's high tour 'meta' lover, if you're not going for that it's up to preference.

Spy is the one who also works on medic bots or groups of the same exact bot, but other than that he's practically useless outside of those rounds unless invisible and collecting cash.

And this is just like soldiers and demo-men, when in normal tf2, because a competent or good spy would be dangerous for a whole team and they would have to constantly spy check causing the spy to have windows of opportunity to take players out, and while spy is the very nightmare of heavies and medics, spy vs spy is practically a show of who can do the most flashy thing or who's got better aim, engineers and snipers having something to counter him, pyro being his counter, and the other three being classes with mobility options or are just too fast for spy.

which makes playing him out the gate or in general a bad call, so spy is one of the worst from new players or incompetent spy mains, the skill curb is quite high and not as rewarding.
