So in this book, Males that develops a uterus are called Carriersand experiences abdominal pain once a month and releases slick like fluids. so it's like a monthly period like girls, but theirs are released thru their anus.
Females that can produce an offspring are called Givers they can impregnate another female thru modern procedure that includes science lol!
Givers experiences normal menstruation like normal female, it's just that they can also decide to have a baby if they want (with another female as partner)
