Your POV
"o-one-e mo-re." You gestured for him to continue. "d-o you h-have a n-ame?" You blinked. Your name..? You smiled gently. "[Y/N]. My name is [Y/N]." You introduced yourself. His sockets widened. "Is that familiar?" You asked. "y-yes...? no.. i-i don-t kn-now.. i can-t re-mem-ber." He is not in resonance with his soul. "I know.. we can fix that." Error looked confused. "kn-ow wh-at? f-ix what-t?"
"You. Fix you, your memories, your soul." He crossed his arms and looked away. "i do-on-t ne-e-ed fix-ing."
"You used to have a brother, you know. A father. Friends. You were a big nerd with a nack for Puns and Grillby's.."
"..." He was curious, you could see it in his mismatched, red sockets. "You had a life, but... something made me destroy it. Fate maybe." You sighed and looked to Error. "I'm sorry.."

Error had disappeared. Probably to maul over your words. "How do we re-resonate him and his soul?" Time. Mostly time. If we can, try and remind him of his life before this hell, that may help. They were in a temporary resonance when it came to us. They have to listen and agree with each other. "You make that sound easy." We are [Y/N], his girlfriend before.. this. We can do it. His soul knows, and he is refalling for us. Shouldn't be that hard. "Right.. it'd be a lot easier if we-" Brilliant! "Just have to get him to agree." First he needs to process. "I did tell him I destroyed his chance at a normal life.." You muttered. You sat simply on the 'floor' of the Anti-Void. "Well, might as well wait."

You were simply remembering good times when Error came back. "f-fate r-re-eall-ly scr-rew-ed us.. h-u-u-h." You nodded. "Yeah.. no kidding." Error sat down himself. "te-ll me ab-bout it.. m-my li-ife be-f-fore.." He gestured around. "Well.. you had a little brother, named Papyrus.."
"li-ke the o-ther sa-ans-es." You nodded. He was sweet, and loving, and a true chef. You had your own Alphys and Undyne and Toriel and Asgore. You even had a father. Dr. WD Gaster." Error nodded along. "a-and he was g-oo-d?"
"Very." He tilted his head. "a-and yo-ur rol-le was the-e fall-en hu-uma-an." You nodded. "Yes. I was the last fallen human. I befriended everyone, I loved everyone.. loved you.. I broke the barrier. Then.."
"th-en so-ome-thi-ing too-ook ove-r-r yo-u-re bo-ody. an-d we en-de-d up he-re."
"Yes.. I think you planned to destroy it in me. Things turned out differently. When we started falling, I gave you my soul so you could save yourself. From there.. I only remember this place and you. No specific details."

He was deep in thought once more. "We loved each other." You were surprised at how bluntly you'd said that. "Dates, cuddles, the whole thing.. well, almost." He was looking at you again. "w-e di-d?" You nodded. "I was thinking maybe we could go to Waterfall, go on a refirst date or something. Sorry it that sounds stupid. I thought it might spark some memories or something." You shrugged. "That's only if you want to, though." Error stayed quiet as he thought on the offer presented. "i w-ish to kn-ow. wh-when?"
"Whenever you're ready."
"s-o no-w..?" You got up and held your hand out to him. "Sure." He took it and you pulled him up.
