Error POV

Eventually I brought her along to Nightmare's castle. "another one?" Horror asked. "y-y-es an-noth-ther on-ne." I replied as my outcode followed behind me. "it least it don't look like you." Dust said to Phantom. "i'm curious how long this one will last?" Nightmare mused. "Master? Who are these skeletons?" I shot a glare at it. "n-o t-ta-alk-ing." It looked confused. It looked like it wanted to say something, but decided against it. -It can make decisions? It shouldn't have the ability to do so.. does it have free will?- "it talked.. without your say so." Killer commented. "it i-is d-d-iff-er-e-e-ent fr-om the oth-thers." I mentioned. "i-i am c-cur-ious a-s t-to-o w-hy. s-o tr-y t-to re-f-frai-ain fr-om ki-ill-lin-g it."
"we'll see." Nightmare replied.

It had watched the others mostly, with curious [E/C] eyes. That fact that it could show or even feel emotion was new and strange. None of my outcode's have before. I was becoming more and more convinced that it actually had free will. That idea in itself was dangerous. An outcode with free will in Nightmare's castle couldn't be a good thing. But it sure did make things more entertaining. She- it- was watching Horror cook now. "Can I try..?" He looked over to her- it! "outcode's don't eat. that's what error said." She- IT'S AN IT ERROR- deflated a little. "Oh.." IT went silent. "But.. I'm different. Master said so himself." It said slowly. Horror thought about it. "very well." He grabbed a spoon. "you can have a taste. it's called chilli." It was confused at what it was supposed to do. "y-you pu-t it in y-yo-ur mou-ou-th, g-l-lit-tch." I explained. "Oh!" It opened it's mouth and bit down on the spoon. "hey, hey don't bite it!" Horror pulled the spoon out of it's mouth. It swallowed the contents of the spoon, body glitching as it did so. "That's good!" It exclaimed in excitement. "Master, can I eat chilli?!" They asked hopefully. -that face is adorable on her- it. "hm. yes." I started walking away. It quickly followed.

It tilted it's head as Dust had a conversation with his dead brother. "Um.."
"what are you interrupting phantom for?" Dust looked like he already wanted to kill it. "Why doesn't he have a body..?" It asked hesitantly. "just because, now buzz off!" It flinched away. "He doesn't like me.."
"h-e doe-sn-t like a-any-ybo-dy." I replied. "Anybody but Phantom?" It asked. "ye-s-s." We found Killer stabbing things. "How do you do that?" It was always so curious. -it's cute- no it's not. "practice." Killer replied bluntly. "Can I practice to?" She asked. "sure." She looked to me. -Is she even aware that she has free will?- "g-o a-ahe-ad." Killer handed her a knife. "simple start. swish, swish, stab." Killer demonstrated, swiping the knife left, then right before stabbing forward. "show me." She copied his movements. "alright, now can you disarm a monster with a knife?" The lesson continued. Was it ok for me to let my servant learn how to use a knife? She could potentially turn it on me. I had a feeling she wouldn't though.

After that we went to dinner. "o-h no y-ou do-n-t. y-ou ca-an ha-ve ch-chi-lli, b-ut you w-ill ea-t at y-you-rrr o-wn pl-lace. i-in the c-corn-ner." I was curious as if she would actually do it or not. Nightmare quirked a brow. "it can eat?"
"ap-par-entl-y." She took her bowl, going to the corner and sitting down. It took her some time to understand what side of the spoon picks up the food. It was hilarious to watch. She got it though. She seemed to genuinely like Horror's cooking and I couldn't blame her. It seemed that she glitched more when excited or afraid. I suppose, she was simply an extension of my magic. I turned to my own bowl. Time will tell if she survives or not.
