Hey everyone :)

Sorry for the wait this week. I recently got a new job, and I'm a college student. I've been very busy, but that doesn't mean I'm giving up on this story.

Updates may be a bit slower than usual, but I will try my best to have a new chapter up for you at least once a week!

Please excuse the mistakes this chapter is not edited.

Thank you for all of your support!

Enjoy :)

My father never hit me. Throughout my entire life he has always handled me as if I was a child, I never imagined I'd fight my own father, but he made me do this. He took away my mate. Mine.

After all he was an alpha, obviously he managed to get away from me all too fast. I hated the fact that he was so much stronger than me.

"You'll thank me for this one day." That was all he said before slamming my door closed.

Once again I was locked in my room hating the world and everyone around me.

I didn't know what to do. There was really nothing I could do at this point.

...

I decided to wait until everyone went to sleep to go back to Damien's house. I needed to grab something that belonged to him so I could have his scent with me while I looked for him, I will find him, and bring him back.

Night came around, and I was more than ready.

All together it was pretty easy. I passed by a few of the late night patrol groups, but I guess dad didn't mention anything to them because all they did was nod at me.

Damien's house came into my view and I could feel my tears beginning to form.

This is all my fault. I should have let him run when he tried. I never imagined this would turn out this way. My own father wants my mate dead.

Dead.

I hated that word.

Walking through Damien's door was hard. The first thing that hit me was his scent mixed with the stench of blood.

My body began to shake. Again I was reminded with the face that this was all my fault.

I ran to his room to grab one of his shirts, and got out of the house as fast as I could.

The full moon reminded me of the night Damien and I first met. I remember when he told me it was hard for him to control his wolf on the nights of a full moon.

As I neared the border line I took a shaky breathe and crossed, I would not return home without Damien with me.

I began removing my clothes so I could shift without tearing them.

Once I was shifted I scanned the land making sure no one had followed me.

My excitement was cut short when I stiffened because I knew there was someone behind me, and I had no where to go.

------
There you go!

How was that?!

Again I am so sorry for the wait.

-Sarah.
