And here we have it ladies and gentlemen: One direction!
Two months later all their lives changed drastically. They had recorded a song together all five of them that Liam and Louis wrote together. Somehow that song made it to Zayn's label that asked them all to come in for a meeting.
"We have a couple of offers. We would like to sign you all individually as a solo artist but we also want to sign you all as a group."
"How would that even work?" Liam questioned.
"You have to do a tour as a group once every third year and in between, you'll have your solo projects. You all get to make a first solo album, except you Zayn of course but we're also doing an album as a group." The CEO explained.
"That sounds amazing!" Niall grinned.
"It does. What's the catch?" Louis questioned.
"What do you mean?" The CEO wondered.
"Are you gonna make us sign a contract like Zayn had to? I'm not going back in the closet. Harry and I are in a relationship. I'm not gonna hide that." Louis states with a firm look.
Harry smiled and took his hand.
"Me neither."
"Me neither. Zayn might be closeted and out of love and respect for him I have agreed to keep our relationship out of the public eye but I won't sign a contract like that." Liam said.
"I'm straight but you won't have me either if you suggest that they would have to sign a contract like that." Niall stated.
"Right...I have to think about that and get back to you." The CEO said.
They left the office and Louis sighed.
"It sounded too good to be true anyway."
"We did the right thing." Harry answered.
A week later the CEO called them all to inform them that he agreed. They all signed a record deal. They quit their jobs to be able to record their albums.
Harry and Louis moved in together. Four months later their album came out. They had named their group One Direction. They gained fans overnight. It was crazy.
They had a very exciting time in front of them. They would always be grateful for that job in the bar because it brought them all together and it had been one hell of a ride.
