Summer blaze
Heating up my skin.
Waiting for you
All this time.
Winter's embrace
Chilly to the core.
Snow falling
Coursing along the sun's gentle light.
Nature was here,
Hiding the ashes
That were my heart.
Misty eyes as you walked away,
Cherry blossoms flying your way
As your ring flew
My way.
Across the world
Following your dreams.
Stuck here,
Wishing I told you
What I left unspoken.
Wasted love
Some may call it.
I just wish
You could have seen
What I had seen.
Soft tears
Exiting from my lifeless wells.
Only time will tell
Where our stories go
From here.
