Tobin POV

I woke up to scratches on my head. I was met with beautiful eyes staring at me "Weirdo much?" I asked as she looked away from me

"Sorry" she mumbled

I chuckled and rolled onto my back "Guess it's time for school" I mumbled softly before Dylan could say something there was a knock on my door

I shot out of bed and picked Dylan up and put her in my bathroom "One second!" I shouted as I hid Dylan's bag under the bed and closed my window

Before I could reach the door it opened and in came the evil witch herself "You could've waited for me to open the door" I said offended that she just walked in

She rolled her eyes and inspected the room "Who were you talking to?" She asked me

"None of your business." I said crossing my arms

"You think you scare me tightie whities? Well you don't. I'm with your father now and as long as I'm here you will obey my demands and rules" she said walking past me into my room

"First order of business new wardrobe. No more baggy shirts and pants that are three sizes too big. No more untamed hair. No more loud music past 9:30. I will be taking musical instruments away if anything is after that time" she said while touching everything around the room. I quickly put on a pair of pants to look less stupid

She got closer to the guitar my mother left me. I quickly grabbed it before she could "No one touches this guitar no matter whatever the fuck time it is" I say to her

"No cursing. No obsessive jewelry. You are allowed one bracelet, one necklace, one ring, and a pair of earrings if you wish. Anything else looks tacky and inappropriate"

She said looking at my arms full of bands and bracelets and rings

"No, not gonna happen. These mean something to me" I said crossing my arms

She squinted her eyes and continued "You will go to church on Sunday's. No more than three times out of the house unless me or your father say other wise. No girlfriend. That is gross. If you are going to be a girl you shall date a boy." She said

"Gross! I won't even be able to have children. Did you forget the part where I have a fully working dick!?" I basically shouted at her

"Very well then. You will be addressed as a male moving forward" she said

"Sorry to break it to you sweetheart, but my birth certificate says I'm a girl and that is what I am." I said standing up for myself

She hummed and continued looking at things to tick off her list "No video games if the chores I assign to you are not done and or if your homework is not done. No Daniel she is a bad influence along with Caden . No more skateboards they're dangerous" she said grabbing one of my boards out the corner of my room

"First off her names Dylan get it right and no that's ridiculous. They're my only friends here! You can't do that!" I shouted again

I hope I'm not scaring Dylan.

"You're hair should not touch your collar. If it does there will be consequences. You have an appointment after school. Be there." She said walking out

After a few moments

"She's gone" I mumbled as I slumped down on my bed
