During the mist of their serene, peaceful silence while watching millions of stars sparkle into the twilight-litted sky from the hood of the car, Bugs, who somehow feels very overwhelmed by many emotions that were driven into his mind, decides to speak up, hoping not to ruin much of the quietness in the process.

"It sure is a beautiful night huh?" Bugs asked, rhetorically.

He could sense a small, light grin edging up at his face.

"Yeah. I had a lot of fun with you today." Daffy said beamily.

Bugs turned his head slightly to Daffy, he could feel his face growing hot at this point.

"Same. I uh..." Bugs said in nervous rant, until he stopped himself abruptly.

Should he ask him?

Was this really the perfect time?

After all, it was only just the two of them around so....

Should really he tell him?

Bugs thought, anxiously.

"Yeah?" Daffy asked while turning to face him when he noticed Bug's long delay without another word.

The pause then lingered on for a moment as Daffy continues to patiently wait for his response and after several more seconds blew away from intense pressure, Bugs sadly, changed his mind and backed out what he truly was going to say, with an aching dreading fear gnawing his stomach.

No! I'm not ready yet. I'll....I'll tell him later. Bugs thought while improvising his broken statement.

"I...I just want to say thanks. For you know....trying to help me back there. Even though I couldn't get back together with her, I think it was still worth the shot." Bugs said as Daffy looks over at him with his face easily read in dismay.

He figured that he would hear more from him, but was disappointed to see that it wasn't the case.

"Oh. Of course. Anytime." Daffy mumbled out while looking down for a slight moment until Bugs spoke up again.

"Well, hey look on the Brightside, at least you still got Tina to keep you company. Speaking of which, why haven't you two been out lately for your date nights? Won't she find it a bit odd that we've been hanging out a lot recently?" Bugs asked, wondering.

"Its not going to matter. She doesn't care what I do nowadays." Daffy said in a harsh tone, now sitting up straight on the hood, his arms clutching ahold of his legs in a tight grip.

"What do you mean? Don't you guys have to at least go out for your dinner dates or something? You guys are not having issues are you?" Bugs asked, confused while setting his body upwards as well.

"N..no that's not it." Daffy said, not even eye leveling with him at this point.

"Then what's the problem?" Bugs asked, now concerned for him.

"C...can we talk about something else?" Daffy asked nervously while looking away.

"No. I want to know if everything is going alright with you. I don't want to be the reason why you're not spending enough time with her." Bugs persisted.

"I do...Its just...." Daffy said until he pauses, his feelings now bottling up inside.

"Just what Daffy? Tell me. I want to know what's going on..." Bugs demanded, until he stopped when Daffy whipped around to face him, his eyes full of hurt.

"She left me, okay?!" Daffy yelled out loud, to which even Bugs was taken back in surprise.

"What?" Bugs asked, puzzled by his reaction to all of this.
