enhypen when you read together

hey so i was thinking, i know just a few days ago i said that i felt bad about ghosting y'all but something bad happened that i just learned about yesterday and it ruined my ability to kind of work and focus. i was thinking i could take a small break for a few days. i can explain more later after the chapter but before you read my explanation, it is triggering and it involves a mass number of gender based sexual assault attacks. so if that is sensitive to you, please do not read my suggestion section. i love you and please stay safe <3

now onto the chapter

heeseung

- heeseung loves to read with you
- his favourite spot to read is on the couch, your back against his chest and you seated between his legs as he plays with your hair
- you read to him and he chuckles everytime you mess up
- he buys more books to read with you

jay

- jay would be the one to read to you
- you would both be in bed, you cuddled into jays side as his calm voice reads the words on the page
- if you make a single noise he's like "shush, im reading to you"
- would keep reading even if you fall asleep

jake

- jake reads to you
- jake asks random questions throughout the book
- "is that the girl who killed the dragon or a different girl?"
- he is so lost
- but he does sneak the book when you're away and reads it alone

sunghoon

- you read to him
- you still on the floor between sunghoon's legs as he sits on the couch.
- he has his fingers all tangled in your hair
- he even bends down and puts his chin on your shoulder, peaking at the pages you read
- "why doesn't this book have pictures?"

sunoo

- you don't read to sunoo necessarily
- he just easedrops
- while you whisper the words under your breath as you read, he just listens to the story
- when you put the book down to do something else he runs to you
- "no no no I want to know what happens"

jungwon

- you read to him
- he lays on your lap as you read, his gaze on you
- he pokes your hands that are holding the book
- he even shakes your wrists so you can't see the pages
- you eventually drop the book on his face

niki

- niki just listens to you because he doesn't want to read
- "it's not manga so theirs no point in reading it"
- but he eventually falls in love with the story
- he begs and begs for you to keep reading even if it's midnight
- but as you read, he falls asleep 😴

suggestion section : ⚠️ TRIGGERING ⚠️

so an explanation on what happened. i recently became a first year at a university in ontario and during orientation week, something happened which made me fear to leave my dorm room. at a party at one of the residences on campus, 30 girls were drugged and taken advantage of in one night. my university and the police has failed to find anyone who could have drugged the girls so they are still walking around campus with no one knowing who they are. this makes me terrified to be alone and it even makes it hard to concentrate. as a female, it is terrifying to even leave my room because i know it isn't impossible for something to happen to me as well as every other female or even student on campus. so please, if i do take a break, just know it is for my mental health and i do need the time to process what has happened during my first few days at my new home.
