Both rushed out of the loft after discovering that it was empty. A part of Ayla was already worried. Derek rarely just left with no mention of where he was going when she was home. But she was more worried about getting to Stiles before they lost him again.

They called Deaton and he met them all at Scott's house. "The couch, put him on the couch," the alpha decided, as him and Aidan carried Stiles inside.

"Guys, this is crazy," Melissa told them. Somehow, today of all days would end up being one of her days off. "He needs to be in the hospital."

"Mom, remember what happened last time he went to the hospital?" Scott asked her.

"And we lost him," Ayla added.

Deaton bent down next to Stiles as they spoke, pulling back the torn fabric of his shirt. "It doesn't look like he's bleeding. I think he might be healing," he told them, examining the long gash across Stiles' stomach.

"You mean healing like we heal?" Aidan wondered.

"That's good, right?" Scott asked.

"For him, yes. For us? I'm not so sure," Deaton admitted.

"Well, if we're not going to kill him, why aren't we at least tying him down with really big chains?" Aidan asked.

"I might have something more effective," Deaton told him, pulling a vial from his bag. Both Scott and Aidan walked over to Stiles. The alpha held his head in place, while Aidan grabbed his chin to force his mouth open. Deaton poured the contents of the vial- what Ayla guessed was left over kanima venom- into Stiles' mouth. They had gotten almost all of it his down his throat when he suddenly lifted his head. His hand shot out and wrapped around Aidan's throat.

"Get him off me!" the werewolf choked out. Stiles laughed as both Scott and Ayla moved forward and started trying to pry him off Aidan. But he let go of his own accord when the venom started to set in. Aidan quickly backed away, as did the two other werewolves.

Stiles looked at his hand in confusion for a moment, but it was clear he could tell what they had done. "Kanima venom. Nice touch," he told them. Aidan gave an angry growl, but none of them really reacted. "You know how they say that twins get a feeling when the other one's in pain? You didn't lose that talent, too, did you?" Stiles asked him. "Oh, I hope not. You're going to need it."

The three werewolves looked at each other in concern. "What did you do?" Ayla asked, growing worried for her friend.

He smirked at her. "Okay, I'll give you a little hint. Ethan's at the school," Stiles told them.

"Go," Scott told the beta. Ayla nodded in agreement, and Aidan rushed out of the house to find his brother.

Stiles let his head fall back against the couch, laughing as he watched the werewolf go. "Oh, I hope he gets there in time. I like the twins. Short tempers. Homicidal compulsions. They're a lot more fun than you bakemono trying to save the world every day," he told them.

"Doc, you brought something to paralyze his body. You got anything for his mouth?" Melissa wondered.

"Yes, I do," Deaton told her. He pulled out a roll of duct tape and put a piece over Stiles' mouth.
