waiting for the clock to strike 12, seokju was sitting on her bed, patiently waiting for her soulmark to appear

it was 11:57 and seokju could not sleep early as she was excited to see her soulmark and wondered who it would be

' could it be one of appa's friends son? i just hope that the person is a good person '

she wondered and her brother, seokjoon walked in seeing her still staring at the clock in her room

" still waiting? don't worry, i know that your soulmate would be a good person and i think that you'll like him too much "

he said and ruffled his sister's hair before yawning and walking out of her room when her other brother, seokjae, rushed in

" hyung! you did not tell her right? i will kill you if you tell her! "

" what? what is it that you guys are hiding from me? "

seokju asked, squinting her eyes at them in the process

" n-nothing! j-just... uh... oh look! it's 12! "

seokjae stuttered and tried to take her attention away from the subject that they are hiding from her and luckily, they did

excitedly, seokju searched all over her body and managed to find it on her ankle

looking at it and questionably, it was a silhouette of a girl and boy dancing

seokju scratched her head in confusion as she could not identify who that person can be in their big family they have

not being able to think of anyone, seokju decided to go to sleep

the next morning, seokju was the first person to wake up as she was so excited for all the celebrations she is getting

making her way to the kitchen after she is done washing up, her mother walked in

" well isn't it my baby's birthday today? "

y/n teased and seokju was just like a little kid, smiling when someone mentions her birthday

" yes mumma! it's my birthday today and i got my soulmark! look! "

seokju showed her mother her soulmark on her ankle and was so excited about finding out who it may be

" ohh! i think i know who it is but i'm not going to tell you in case if it's really him "

y/n said and proceeded to make breakfast for everyone

being the good daughter seokju is, she helped out her mother in making breakfast

" honey. i'm almost done here. can you call your brothers and father up? "

nodding her head, seokju rushed up the stairs to wake her brothers and father up and brought a cup of water, secretly, just in case if her stubborn brothers don't want to wake up

" kim seokju! i'm going to kill you on your birthday! "

seokjae and seokjoon roared in anger and ran down the stairs with seokju running towards their mother

" mummy! seokjae and seokjoon is chasing me "

seokju squealed which made y/n turn around to look at her kids running around like tom and jerry

unsurprised, y/n saw her sons drenched in water and she shook her head, knowing what has happened

" seokju, did you pour water on them again? "

y/n sighed and continued cooking the dishes

" well yes because they both do not want to wake up at all and i was getting annoyed so i poured water on them "

seokju smiled innocently which angered her brothers even more

" kim seokju! you're going to get it from me even if it is your birthday today! "

seokjae roared and before he could chase after his sister, a voice rang throughout the whole house which made them stop as they knew that that person is angry

" what are you guys doing?! your mother told you guys to wake up and this happens?! "

seokjin questioned with a fierce look plastered on his face and seokju stuck out her tongue as she was behind her father but it was as if her father has eyes behind his head and could easily tell what his daughter was doing

" and for you kim seokju. it does not mean that if it's your birthday today, you can do whatever you want to do to your brothers, including sticking your tongue out at them. what are you three? 4? stop playing around and get ready to eat. we're going to jungkook and taehyung uncle's house "

nodding their heads, they went to their bathroom to wash up while seokjin went to his soulmate

" you're so done with them aren't you? "

seokjin questioned y/n and her responses as a nod of her head

" who wouldn't when their child is chasing one another like tom and meet all day hm? "

y/n replied and got a ruffle on her head as seokjin has found his soulmate very cute up to now

" by the way, did you see seokju's soulmark? because i think i know who is her soulmate "

y/n said, changing their conversation

" it's on the ankle right? i went to check for it and i was right! it was on the ankle. i predicted that it will be on the ankle and it is honestly so cute. i hope that jungwu will not like be his fathers, cocky and naughty "

seokjin sighed which received a light lunch from y/n at his chest

" don't be so mean. he's a good one and i know it because of the way they both bring up their kids "

y/n replied and proceeded on to placing the dishes in the dining table

when they all have finished their breakfast, they all headed to jungkook and taehyung's house to get their suspicions on seokju and jungwu being soulmates

upon reaching their house, seokjin rang the bell and soon after, taehyung opened the door and his face was lit up when he saw his hyung's family outside

" hyung! i missed you so much! jungkook! jin hyung is here! "

taehyung screamed and they all proceeded to enter the house

it was like a cliche movie when seokju and jungwu's eyes met when they both were in their house's kitchen

they both, staring at one another and lost in each other's eyes

after so long, jungwu broke the staring competition and has a soft smirk on his face

"  bingo. i knew it that you are going to be my soulmate. your brothers and parents knew it too "

he said and chuckled, ruffling her hair in the process and not to mention, teasing her in the process by going close to her and whispering a ' happy birthday ' close to her ears which made her blush so hard
