I pinch the bridge of my nose.
"I ain judging, but I am. I'm not gonna let him hear the end of it so thank you for this amazing amo," she puts her hand on her chest.
I laugh.
She piles the stuff in my hands.
"Wish me luck. I hope he likes it-"
"Ooo-ooo, wait," she runs over to her main working alter.
It's covered in vases and bottles of different herbs and oils.
"Hears a Rose Quartz crystal to help with that loving energy and some lavender incense," she adds.
"Smart, I appreciate it," I thank her.
"Anytime," she smiles.
Bembé's POV
His scent is everywhere.
I squeeze my pillows and try to stay still.
Last night was intense. My body is paying for it.
I sigh.
I deserve to feel like this.
He could of fucked me like that our first time, but he didn't. He seriously has been making love to me this whole time and it took that to understand.
I'm an idiot. I hurt his feelings.
I get pulled out of my thoughts when I feel pressure on my bed.
"Bembé," Rojo calls my name and kisses my face.
I open my eyes to him standing over me and smiling.
"Good morning, I ran you a bath," he says softly.
"For real?" I can't help, but smile.
"Yea, come on. I'ma massage you after."
"For real nigga?" I make a confused face.
"Yes," he laughs.
Rojo's POV
He laces his hand with mine as I lead him to the bathroom.
He's completely naked. Nola said she'll continue to give us our privacy and his madre isn't home right now.
"I hope you feel better baby," I kiss his neck.
He smiles super wide, but doesn't say anything.
"My sister let you use her things. She must approve a whole lot," he says.
"Yea... she does," I smile.
I watch him step into the oval tub full of herbs and bubbles. He sighs as he settles in while closing his eyes.
I get on my knees beside the tub and scoop water over his body.
"This is the first time I've been catered to like this. A lot of things you do for me and to me are firsts," he admits.
He grabs my hand and rubs his thumb over it.
"It won't be the last. This is my love language... and I'm sorry I got carried away last night-"
"I was wrong so it's fine-"
"I don't wanna hurt you-"
"I hurt you... then I challenged you... it was a well deserved hurt... and a good hurt," he laughs at the end.
It makes me laugh, then we both just end up laughing together.
"Get in," he offers me to join him.
"Nah this is for you."
He sloshes water on me.
"Come here."
I get up and close the bathroom door.
Bembé's POV
He locks the door.
I watch him strip out of his clothes and carefully get in with me. Our legs comfortably intertwine. He immediately starts rubbing all over my body.
I study his beautiful features while he massages me.
He's satisfied with me?
I feel an amazing feeling in my soul.
...damn, ima marry you...
He looks up in shock and his face starts turning red.
"What?" He asks.
"You heard that?"
He laughs out hard as hell and gets super excited.
"Whatever," I cross my arms.
I don't care if he heard it.
"You shouldn't care," he goes back to rubbing my body.
"I know-"
"Do you really know?"
"Well I love you so?"
"Nahhhh," he smiles.
"I do love you. You saying I don't?"
"I know you love me... but what you don't know is that I wanna marry you too. You're mi novio but you finna be mi esposo."
