"Ehy Adora, gotta go, DT is losing their mind because of some other bitchy drama Queen at the theatre." Catra said, walking back in the livingroom.

After dinner Bow had come to their place and the blonde suggested to go in her and Catra's appartament to watch a movie.

"What?! But we aren't even halfway into the film!" Bow protested.
"They need me for some petty revenge and this film is boring." The brunette replied.
"Oh please, you LOVE 10 things I hate about you" Adora said annoyed.
"I don't, it's too sappy for me." She denied, trying to hide her blush.
"Well, if it's nothing illegal, we could come with you." Glimmer suggested for Adora's good, showing off the fakest and most forced smile of her life.
"Oh no, it's definitely gonna be illegal: you don't mess with Double Trouble, that's what makes them entertaining! They might be the most manipulative person I've met, after Weaver Bitch, of course." Catra told with an amused smile.
"That's amazing..." Bow tried to say cheerfully.
"Ok then, try to come back at a decent time. I'll keep my phone on, if you ever need me just call - and please don't get into a fight. -And don't get too much drunk!" Adora shouted, while her friend muttered some goodbye and left.
"Uh, idiot." The blonde sighed.
"Well, best friend squad night!" The boy said encouragingly.
"Yeah, don't worry too much about her: mom said she goes out almost every night. She even found her drunk, sleeping on the stairs." Glimmer revealed, making her frown.
"Aaarg...I thought we had made some progresses, but she can be so cold sometimes. I think she is still indecisive about me." Adora admitted.
"What do you mean?" Bow questioned.
"She isn't letting me in, but she isn't totally rejecting me either. One moment is soft and flirty, the other she doesn't look me in the eyes and snaps to me or ignores me. She calls me or ghosts me." She explained, holding her head in her hands, defeated.
"And this is only week one." Glimmer added, making her growl and receiving an elbow in the side by her friend.
Bow shot her a we should be supportive look and the pink haired girl sighed.
"Come on, She-ra, you are the coolest and kindest person ever. As I said, it's just week one: you have plenty of time to win over her little, dry, witchy heart." She said, hugging Adora.
The blonde leaned on her and muttered some thanks.
"You know what? We need ice cream, I'm gonna get it!" Bow exclaimed, standing up and rushing to the door.
"Take raspberry!" Glimmer shouted.
"And biscuit flavour!" Adora added, starting to giggle with her friend.
In no time, the boy was back from the Moon's fridge, with the most good looking boxes.
All of them got a spoon and they started digging in it as long as their stomaches let them.

"So...have you guys thought about the mission in the crimson waste?" Glimmer asked shyly, after some time.
Bow nodded, still playing with his spoon, while the blonde tensed up.
"If you really are into this, I'm backing you up." He said.
"Really?" She questioned, holding her breath.
"Yeah, I'm in." He repeated with a smile, letting her go a relived breath.

Catra would have want her head.

But if she didn't go and something happened...

"I'm in too." Adora said, trying her most encouraging smile.
"Oh! You guys are the best!" She exclaimed, hugging them tightly.
They laughed together and cuddled on the couch, while the film reached its end.
