•Chapter 12•

Ni-ki's POV

I heard a knock while sleeping and that woke me up. Seriously I wanna sleep so bad

"Who is it?" I shouted

"Ah It's me Y/N Your mom told me to wake you up" she said I'm really so sleepy all I Just want to do is just sleep.

"Tell her that If she really loves me then she should let me sleep" I said

"Ok I guess?"  She said and the place was quiet again and I continued to sleep

And then I heard a knock again

"Who is it this time?"I shouted

"Ni-ki yah open up"she said and I knew it's my mom. So I had no other choice I got up and opened the door.

" I told you to go downstairs immediately after you change your clothes right?" She said

"O yeah I forgot" I said scratching the back of my neck. I didn't even heard her say that.

And we went downstairs and my dad was also there is there something wrong? Have I done something?

"Ok so Ni-ki honey. Your dad and I decided to throw a party since the business transaction was a succes is there a ganre you wanna add to the party? We can't just throw a simple party" My mom said

"My son is too young to think about that. What about a Masquerade?" Dad said

"That's a great idea. Niki do you like it" mom said and I just nodded it doesn't really matter what kind of party is it as long as there are a lot of food and fun ofcourse and there is no fun without the hyungs so I don't really care I'll invite them after all

"Ok then Lets do that next week I'll call a close friend to find a good venue and set the designs and also for the invitations" My mom said and Dad just agreed

"And Niki we'll be introducing you to some of our close and trusted business partners since you'll be the inheritor of the company" dad said and I looked at him surprised.

"Wh-what? I Don't even know what to say" I said

"Just answer them politely if they ever ask questions" Mom said

"O K A Y" I said really slow

After that we went to the kitchen and started eating. After eating I went to the garden and sat on the bench for a while and watched the stars above. I totally zoned out for a while.

I came back to reality when someone tapped my hand I turned at my back and saw Y/N

"Oh! I'M sorry did I scare you?"  She said

"No why is your hand so cold?" I asked

"I just finished washing the dishes" she said

"Ok that explains why" I said and looked at the sky again and I can feel that she sat beside me.

"It seems like you're thinking about something really deep" she asked and and looked at her

Y/N's POV

"It seems like you're thinking about something really deep" I asked and he looked at me

"What do you want to be in the future? Do you have a dream that you can't achieve?" He suddenly asked and I can say that he is serious about the question

"Actually I wanna be a perfumer, I really like perfumes. And of course I'll do my best to achieve it." I said

"Lucky you, how I wish I could freely make my dreams come true" he whispered but I can hear it clearly

"What do you mean" I asked and he looked at me.

" I really want to cook a really delicious ramyeon like how Jay hyung cooks. But I just can't It always ends up tasting so bad." He said that made me give him the "What the heck" look

He just chuckled and looks at the sky again. I can see how he admires the sky the stars, and the moon.

I was mesmerized again by his visuals and I didn't realize I've been staring at him for too long. I also looked up and he suddenly spoke

"Y/N? Can I ask you a favor?" He said

"Yeah sure"

"Can you please do my homework for me I'm really really sleepy today I'll make it up to you I promise" he said

"What is that it?

"Yes will you?" He asked again

"Ok sure?" I said

"Thank you Y/N" he said with a bright smile

After that we both head upstairs and he gave me his homework and also his notebook.

Then I bid him goodnight and he does the same. I went to my room and does his homework.

After a while I finished it and I feel thirsty now so I went down to grab some water and I saw Mrs.Yeon Hee also drinking water

" hi y/N why are you still awake at this hour" she said

"I just felt really thirsty ma'am" I said

"Ok I see I'll get going now goodnight y/n" she said

"Goodnight ma'am" I replied and she went upstairs. I drank water and also went upstairs and slept.

*next day*

I woke up by the sound of my alarm and did my morning routine and wore my uniform and went downstairs. And again I saw Eunsang unnie

"Y/N come on I prepared a breakfast for you. It's on our table you should eat first since you still have classes" she said and now I feel like she's the mom that I never have.

We have a kitchen for maids in here and that s where we eat when the family is done eating. Well I just saw this last night how come I didn't see it during the past few days.

I ate and went back to my room and while I'm heading up I saw Niki wearing his uniform and holding his back pack

"Wait in here" I said stopping him

I went to my room and got my bag prepared and I got his homework and handed it to him

" Thank you Y/N" he said

"You're welcome" I said and smiled

"I'll make it up to you I swear, I'll pick you up at your school wait for me in there Ok?" He said

"No You don't have to it's fine" I said

" No time to argue about this y/N Just accept my offer I insist just wait for me there I really have to go now I can't be late for our dance practice"he said

"But-"

"No buts just wait for me. Mom also told me to go buy some stocks in the market" he said

"Oh ok ok" I said

"I'll get going" he said in a rush and run downstairs

I also went to class. I entered and as usual they are all noisy and I saw Jae Hee entered and she sat next to me

"Goodmorning my beloved friend" she said

"Hey what's up Yah I saw Jungwon" I said

"What? Really? Where?" She said

"They came at the house that I'm working at he is Niki' s friend" I said

"Did you asked where he lives? Where does he study?" She asked

"No why don't you ask him" I said

"How am I supposed to ask him if he blocked me" she said and I laughed at her

"Yah don't laugh I'm sad you know and you're still laughing at me what kind of friend are you" she said but I continued to laugh at her
