"Girls stop!" I hit my best fiend as she kept tickling my daughter Yariell. "She so pretty best." She exclaimed.

"I know, look at her fine momma!" I said smirking she mugged me and got back to playing with her God daughter.

"Best let me see yo phone." I said grabbing it out her hands. "Girl," she rolled her eyes.

I unlocked it with her password and scrolled through her camera roll. I found the pictures we took the other day and sent them to myself.

I posted them on her account and made sure to tag myself and repost.

"Pin that first comment " I told her , making her do it. "I'm finna go feed her." I said to her

I grabbed Yari and left the room, I walked down the hall as the floor creaked.

The house me and my grandma lived in wasn't one of those Suburb homes, it was a house in the hood.

Honestly, this house has been through so much. Over the years, her house has been robbed and shot at.

Me and my mom always told her to move but she always said no. Now that my grandma is sick, I don't think it's too safe for her.

We lived in Chicago but the not good part. I've been to the city(newyork) thousands of time and Zia wants to move out there but I don't.

I cracked open my grandma's door to see her laying down sleeping peacefully.

Walking out and closing the door silently, I went to the kitchen and made Yari a bottle. "I know you hungry girl."

She was starting to get fussy.

I sat her in her chair and went to brush my teeth, I took her in the room with Zia when I went t shower.

After my shower, I walked in the kitchen before taking out everything I needed to make everything.

Hearing a light knock on the door, I knew it was Ziya , "Zia , Ziya here" she was her younger sister

Walking out the kitchen and to the door, I unlocked all the locks before unlocking the metal screen door

Walking out the kitchen and to the door, I unlocked all the locks before unlocking the metal screen door.

I smiled when Ziya came in embracing me in a hug. I then moved out the way as I let her walk in.

She talked to me as we walked in the kitchen, she looked around looking for Yari.

"Girl I miss you." She said and I laughed. She said that as she looked at the food that I had taken out.

I knew this was a lie.

She started to smirk, "Yari in the back ." I spoke and she laughed at the fact that I knew her so well.

She got up and went to the back to get my daughter.  Ziya couldn't fool me any day.

I knew her like the back of my hand and she knew me. Me and Zia have been friends since 5th grade.

She lives in the same neighborhood as me but had more things than me, we became close and that's when I met Ziya.

Zia is the bad girl out of us three.

I was the nice and sweet one that really didn't bother anyone. I was soft, is what you can call me.

Ziya has no filter , she says what she feels and if you have a problem Zia will fight you .

That's just how we are.
