Chapter33: Another sort of Catfish

Pulling his face towards me as I walked out of the living room after picking my phone up from the couch, turning around to find Daytona, Janelle, Kevin, Charlie and Penny staring at me, "Well, don't you guys want to see this 'rough dance' of mine that you're so interested in?"

Within seconds, they were on their feet, following beside me to Charlie and David's home hall that I still can't believe they have along with Ryan and David.
While walking, Daytona turned to the living room, "Ain't you coming, Frankie?"

"They're about to take the mask out of Skeleton!!" Frankie replied above the TV as people were cheering, 'Take it off, Take it off," so you can already guess that what he'll be doing.

I won't believe him, I would also like to know who's behind the mask of the peacock who has a voice like that, but right now that just have to wait.

Once we got to the hall, everyone expect me, David, Charlie and Ryan took a moment to admire the room that they were standing in. While in some way reliving their high school senior poem, comparing the hall to the one that had, finding this one more better and perfect.
David actually rolled the mirrors from the back where they stood while I was linking my phone to the speakers.

Quickly stretching and warming up before pushing play, and the second the music started playing, my body was floating through the melody and tempo. By the end of it, Janelle, Daytona, Kevin would give me suggestion on one or two moves and steps.
David and Charlie would chime in every now and then, giving small ideas and honest thoughts that I was grateful for, because there would be moment where I would change my mind on some steps which would cause unnecessary holes in the choreography.

Spending two hours choreographing a dance with most of my friends helping me brainstorm moves and steps was the best part of my day. Normally I would have Carter helping me create some choreography wither it's for Mom's studio or just out of fun, he was the first person I would call for help.
There were some times where I would want to stop and tell the guys that they don't have to help me, but I was having such a great time talking and dancing like I used to do with Carter that I didn't say anything.

When it was Sunday night, I was showing David, Charlie and Ryan some of the new moves and steps and tell the guys that they don't have to help me, but I was having such a great time talking and dancing like I used to do with Carter that I didn't say anything.
As I was posturing by the end of the song, Charlie and Ryan were clapping their hands, "Bravo, bravo!!!"

"Ah, I can't wait for next weekend, my bestie's gonna out shine every solo performance for Spotlight." Charlie said excitedly, tip toeing around me in a graceful way. Humming some Swan Lake song as she dance a little bit of ballet, she almost looked like ballerina, "David, make sure you get my good side in the video." Video?

I nearly dropped my water bottle when I notice David holding his phone up, it's flash was on and was following Charlie as she danced across the floor. My throat tighten up a little bit as I stood beside him, "Are you recording Charlie?"

"Actually I've been recording you both since you started dancing." He said so calmly and casually while not noticing that I've become quiet. The reason behind that, I was feeling a little bit awkward and a little and a little bit upset about what David was telling me.
He has two videos of me dancing my solo for Spotlight which I never asked him to do, because I didn't see the need to do that and also it was very unexpected from him.

"Uh, ok?" I said in the best casual way that I could, but honestly I sounded like I was trying to convince a guy that I'm not feeling uncomfortable having a conversation about him having 'sex problems' with his girlfriend. Never had a conversation like that before, but you get the idea.
